Horrible business practice…read more We never play Lottery but decided to have some fun. Family filled out 2 Megamillion Cards for a total of 10 games, 5 on each. On 1/28/23 at 8:02pm the attendant entered the same card twice instead of entering both cards. I noticed this after the drawing so brought them both back to show the error. The 2 tickets showed the same numbers, printed 5 seconds apart, something nobody in their right mind would ask for. The attendant studied the 2 cards and said I must find the attendant who did this in HIS STORE. Said he did not do it and was not refunding the money, with a very rough attitude. Sad when business owners refuse to admit to mistakes and take it out on customers.

He claims he couldn't make a pizza,when all he had to do was put a frozen pizza in an oven . Than hit pizza it's ready in under 2 min. The owner might not care,I complained to 711 I rarely do that. No response,just case closed. I got here weekly or more. I spend $5-10 atleast,I'm sure others came here and dealt w extremely rude clerk's and just stopped going . That $ adds up,your losing $ b.c some your workers can't have simple manners. It might sound petty,I came in and spend around $5. I took a 2nd coffee cup instead of the holder. The guy lecutres me how next time he was to charge me for a cup. Which probably cost them less than 5 cents. I get I didn't buy anything. It just seems like nickeling and diming to me .

Prices were also good CONS: Took 9 years for an attendant to come and pump my gas. I was seconds away from doing it myself until a worker saw me standing by the pump. There were not many other cars (only 1) and the attendant stood around glaring at my car. I patiently waited for 15 minutes for him to come forward. He then slapped my left passenger side door and began cursing at me saying I should unlock the f*cking door. I thought he was saying the fuel door was locked, and explained my fuel door opens without one. He slapped my door again and tried to pry the passenger door handles off while shouting incomprehensibly. I got out and marched toward him while he backed away. I opened the fuel door and I said just fill up my car with regular and we won't have a problem. He said what I could only imagine was a slur in a thick bengali accent and took my cash and filled up the car. I have never been so baffled by a customer service interaction in my life.
