PROS: This is the largest gas station in northern New Jersey ive been to. Loads of pumps, lots of space to drive on their property, good prices, a mini mart, and friendly workers. Prices were also good CONS: Took 9 years for an attendant to come and pump my gas. I was seconds away from doing it myself until a worker saw me standing by the pump. I stopped here to fill up my car and asked the clerk -- a middle-aged man with a Middle Eastern accent -- to wait while I added fuel additives to my tank. Instead of simply letting me finish, he criticized me for "wasting money" and then turned the conversation into personal and political insults. He asked where I was from and when I came to the U.S. I told him I came here as a child and that I am a U.S. citizen, but he still made derogatory remarks about my country, saying "Trump doesn't like your country," along with other inappropriate comments. This was completely uncalled for, discriminatory, and had nothing to do with my purchase. On my way out, I called the store to speak with a manager. A man with a strong accent answered, claimed to be the manager, refused to give his name, then hung up on me. When I called back, they stopped answering. This place is hostile, disrespectful, and unfit for customer service. I will be reporting this incident to corporate and to the owner directly. No customer should have to deal with harassment when simply buying gas. read more

Used car wash. The air blowers did not work. This will cause me to get the car washed again. Avoid at all cost.

Bad customer service. I will not be back If you use their Lottery machine and it takes your money they say it's not their problem. I've had problems in the past where they have charged me credit card prices on the gas when I have used debit. The answer I got was that is the price. Very unhappy. read more

$8 for a quick wash. Real convenient for all locals, usually never a line but like anywhere else it has its days. Sometimes the machine is broken but no big deal, you can purchase inside. Only thing I would suggest is cleaning the inside of the wash, windows are very dirty and there are areas of mold. read more

Be very careful what you ask for at the pump. For some reason "$20 dollars, regular, cash" sounds like 'Fill it up' to this guy. But he was perfectly clear when he said he would take my credit card to pay for it! Not worth it. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT SHOP HERE I went in to get gas on Tuesday 1/12/16 and my gas can had a leak, I walked into "on the run" and bought a replacement 5gallon can, filled it with gas and the new can had a leak on the bottom when it was being filled. I attempted returning the can but they said "we are not responsible for any item once it's filled with gas". I was surprised how a company could carry an item and not take back a product that was defective. I attempted to leave the leaking tank on the front of the store walkway and they told me to take it because they are no longer responsible for purchased items, making the intention that I had to take the leaking tank somewhere and get rid of it. As a Exxon branch that earns 17 million dollars a year I would expect more out of them. Being a big consumer, I feel to have received the worst customer support from the Manager, Branch Owner and Supervisor. read more

I'm not a complainer but I have been going to this gas station for 10 plus years until tonight. My battery had died in my car, let ignition on by accident, got car started and drove 1 mike to this station. The gas attendant, Mohammad, said he can't give me has until I shut off car, I told him I couldn't and why! He still refused and was very nasty about the whole thing. I went to the exxon today to fill up my tank of gas around 2:30-3pm. This one gas attendant approaches my car. I told him to fill up my tank and I will pay cash. He said "you? You got paid today?" I ignored the conment because it seemed like he must have confused me for someone else. He stood by my gas tank talking to a girl on speaker phone. Once my gas tank was filled, i gave him enough for tip (yes, i still tipped him) and then he said ma'm and danced like a complete imbecile. He was extremely condescending! Obviously hates his job... The rudest man I ever encountered inside at the cashier. I went inside after having an issue with the guy who poked by gas charging my card $75 not $25. Nice and clean place to get your gas. Also they have "On the Run", so you can get coffee as well.

Careful, they scam you for breakfast sandwiches here. The price you pay does not match the sign they advertise.

Second time getting a car wash here. Guy pumping gas picks how much you want to spend. Even tho you get 4 choices it is all up to them. First time the guy charged me for the $12car wash. This time the $10. I confronted him and he grunted. Next time I will have to spell it out for the guy. I guess I'm just lucky he didn't want me to have diesel. read more

I honestly don't even want to give this one star. I have been to this gas station numerous times and with my last visit this morning decided it will be my last. Many of the attendants are downright rude. They show no common courtesy. This morning the attendant grabbed my credit card without saying a word. I am not asking for a friend or a nice chat, I am merely asking for politeness. There were no other cars around but he took his time taking the hose out, slammed the gas tank door shut, and handed me my card without a word, not even a thank you. I had a really bad experience with the wash n run car wash. Granted I should know better than to use an automatic car wash but the one time I did use it. I ruined my Camaro 1LE rims. I was not perfectly centered and the guide rail marred my wheels. I brought this to the owners attention and he explained that far more expensive cars have never had any damage. Etc. instead of working with me told me that there is nothing he could do about it. Mind you the coping he put on the guide rails ( as a courtesy as told by him ) does not extend all the over the metal guide rail and is what scraped the heck out of my wheels. I admit it wasn't perfectly centered but the guides are there for that reason. I have been though other car washes that use a guide and never had an issue. So if you have expensive wheels I advise you to find a different spot. Like I said I should have not tried it but have seen some decent cars go in without an issue. Just my luck. Spend 4 dollars extra and go to a real car wash. Just saying. read more
