As I was about to question my order, I literally watched my meal be delivered to a couple a few tables away. I saw Cass walk away thinking nothing of it. She was soon called back to identify the order being delivered incorrectly. She proceeded to take each meal ( two separate plates) back to her work station before figuring out it was our order. She walked over to our table and proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up on my order (I'll give her that) but when I explained that I wasn't comfortable with not knowing if the food had been handled, Cass' response was "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. I don't like keeping people hostage at their job, so I was happy people weren't dragging their feet. Everyone ordered and left. I tried a madeleine cookie and paired it with a tall mocha frappe. Everything was amazing and I had a nice little caffeine kick. The shop was clean, organized, and well-lit. I felt this was one of the most inviting Starbucks locations I've been to in a while.

I have been very disappointed with the customer service at this Starbucks location. I already paid and placed my order ahead of time, so I only came to pick it up. The workers often seem unhappy, unwelcoming, and not friendly at all. Their facial expressions and attitude make the experience uncomfortable, like customers are bothering them just by showing up. Customer service should feel respectful and professional, especially when customers are paying for drinks and using the app the way Starbucks allows. After dealing with this kind of attitude multiple times, I have decided I no longer want to support this location. I would rather spend my money at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Menifee and Moreno Valley, where I feel more welcomed and enjoy the drinks much more. The workers know who I am. They knew and they handed my drink to me fast at the drive-thru.
