Joanna delivered the most outstanding customer service I've ever had at a Shell Gas station! Went above and beyond and informed me on the difference between the type of oil that my car would need and the difference between each type. She then proceeded to instruct where I can obtain that very information by directing me to the oil cap under the hood. A true jack of all trades! The establishment is well organized and clean and the atmosphere inside is very homey. read more

Kind of shady part of town and gas is always at least 20 cents more expensive than other places (10 cents off with wash purchase) around but it's very convenient right off the 215! Bathrooms are key only so you need to ask inside... The cashiers are always nice as can be tho and always remember you and try to hold a conversation so that's a plus! Small little mart with not many offerings but as said previously, it's convenient. Their fountain soda machine is gone and right now it's just the big old dusty counter someone should really clean.. But I understand everyplace needs renovating sometime. Oh yeah, the scratchers machine is practically empty time for some new ones guys! After 11pm I believe they close the doors to the shop so if you want to grab something, wait outside at the designated window area for the attendant (buzz if need be they sometimes are in the cooler stocking after hours) Stop by if in the area! Worst gas station I've ever been to, the gas pumps were not working and many of us had to wait 25+ min (which they never fixed) And too make matters worst, there was a guy who was trying to pick a fight with another guy and was even threatening him. read more

We stopped for gas at this station and it had been raining. My girlfriend tried to open a door but it was locked as she turned to go to the other door she slipped on the wet sidewalk and fell injuring her back, knee and wrist. A customer and the person behind the register saw this happen and offered no assistance. The customer laughed and made a joke and the employee continued working without an apology or asking if she was OK. We are going to get the advice of an attorney and I hope their cameras were working.. read more

I went in to get air in my tires after I purchased gas I went in to ask the cashier to turn it on for me because by law the service should be free for customers I normally go there in the afternoon but had to get gas and my tire was low so I went in to ask the cashier and she rudely said it's a dollar or 4 quarters I replied and said yes I know but for paying customers there shouldn't be a charge mind u my tire was super low and I could find any cash in my wallet since I always pay with card. The rude cashier in a rude way left me standing there and I said so can u turn it on pls and she said I will!!! Raising her voice at me went back to my car and waited for a while the lady never turned it on I was so late to work but I managed to find change under my seat after I looked for a while and payed to turn on the air machine. It pisses me off because it's an emergency if I had the cash at hand I wouldn't of gone in. I pay with my card at the pump normally but that will teach me to always carry change. I hope that rude girl with tattoos in her face learns more customers service because she is getting payed to work and serve customers I am never going there again! very rude staff and poor service. stopped by on the way from san diego heading to las vegas and had to pee. asked for a key at the counter for the washroom and the woman didn't understand me. had to speak to her in spanish for her to understand. then she asked if i bought anything and i told her no. she said i had to buy something in order to use the bathroom. i asked her if she goes out and buys stuff everywhere she has to pee and she proceeded to ask another lady with no customer service and said yes you have to buy something. then the hispanic lady said I'm sorry, and i walked off and was like sure you are. not getting my business. ill think twice to ever stop there for gas or anything else. forcing people to buy something. sounds like your desperate to make a dollar. read more
