Called on the phone to talk to management after composing an email and she was very SNEAKY at hiding who she was and asked us a bunch of irrelevant run around questions while laughing sarcastically on the phone. Turns out she was the assistant manager/cashier that was aggravated and aggressive we were handed service with the other day. We went to the register to pay I asked for $20 dolllars on pump 9 and my daughter's snacks. Lady (white ethnicity so who ever sees this knows who she is) saw me with the $100 dollar bill and gave me attitude (I don't have change for that) she said this with a very rude tone. I proceeded to answer said you know being sarcastic "no one takes 100's anymore I surprised a billion dollar company would be scared to lose a couple $100" she answered even more pissed off with a "well I've been robbed before and i would like to go home to my kids I put every $20 in the machine" I said I understood what she meant. "I worked at a gas station it was actually my first job." ( I know for a fact there's a machine to get some change for the customers some just are too lazy to do the process.) Regardless you don't give a customer attitude over them pulling out a $100 dollar bill. Anyways I was about to respond but I had my daughter so I restrained my self. As I was walking out she said "maybe you should take care of my kids". Completely unprofessional, seems as we walked in that door she was mad at life. I run 2 businesses and there is no way this attitude should be acceptable from any of your workers or even my self.

My mother went to this Circle K on March 15, 2020 around 11:30AM. She gave the cashier inside a $20…read morebill to pay for gas. She went back outside and the pump was not releasing any gas. She asked for some help from another person pumping gas and he also wasn't able to use the gas pump. So she went back inside and told the cashier about the problem but the cashier simply said "You did already." My mother showed the cashier that the gas pump did not show any price paid from using the pump. She also showed the cashier the gas gauge on her Hyundai to show that she did not put any gas into the car but the cashier did not believe her. My mother paid $20 for gas but had it stolen from her. We already filed a report to Circle K but they did not have any information about this report still. We are trying to start another report but file for a lawsuit against Circle K. If anyone has had a similar experience here, please share or contact me for my mother.

I fueled up quick, then made my way inside to use the restroom. There are two one-person restrooms here, for which you need a key. I bought some bottled water, and asked for the key from the front desk. The restroom was kept in decent order, as was the rest of the convenience store. It was a convenient stop, which provided ok service.

This location is conveniently located off the freeway near many other establishments which makes it easy for customers to stop here and other local places.
