My 3rd visit to this 7-Eleven was on 3/24/26 at 6:00 p.m. The first 2 times were pleasant, as I was greeted upon entering and again at the register when I went to pay, by an employee with knowledge of good customer service. Now on this 3rd visit, not only was I not greeted upon entering, I was not greeted at the register, because that employee was on such an important call, he continued it in my face as he rang me up. He didnt even tell me my total, he just stood there, after ringing me up and continued his conversation while he waited for me to look at the screen for my total. I give him the money, and as he gives me my change, this mf had the nerve to give me a look as though I was being the rude one! Not only that, but this mf drops my change in my hand as though he was making sure to not have any skin to skin contact with me. As I step to the side, to put away my money, the customer behind me, walks up to the register and speaks to "Rudeness", and he didn't open his mouth. I should have told the customer, that he'd probably have to call him on the phone in order for him to speak. read more

Extremely unwelcoming to customers. I walked in to grab a couple of things. No hello or eye contact then when I went to check out, he didn't acknowledge me at all. He scanned my items, then pushed my items towards me, and grabbed the receipt and threw it away without saying a single WORD to me or not even eye contact. Employees are exceptionally disrespectful. Every time I go to this 7-eleven I regret it. On Christmas Eve I ran in to get a gift card and the cashier left me waiting at the register so he could finish mopping. Then this idiot refused to sell me a GIFT CARD using my debit card because according to him it's cash only. He obviously doesn't know the difference between a cash reload and a simple gift card purchase. He was extremely rude, ill informed and arrogant. This place is by far the worst freaking 7-11 on the planet. I've lived nearby this location for 3 years now and the first set of owners were great. Since they left this place has been shitty and getting worse. The majority of them hardly understand English, 7-11 puts out promos in store and don't honor them. They never know what time you can load your card. One person will tell u one thing and the other person will tell you another. Friendly staff. In a location where the parking lot can get packed at times. A good location next to some town homes and in a plaza where its off by it self where you dont have to deal with people parking and going to another business. Atm machine inside if needed. The hot food is usually not to bad for a snack. They put on limited amounts at a time so it doesn't sit for hours like some other places. read more

This location has the offer but never the cups, so they force you to pay twice as much for the same thing. I dropped by here twice, two weeks apart, and experienced this. A review of this raggedy store has been a long time coming. Over the past 2 years I have seen and experienced so many instances of rude dismissive behavior from the people who work at this store. Now yesterday the store clerk followed and harassed my children around and rushed them out of the store. As I listened to their story they thought they had done something wrong but what they didn't know is that they had just experienced racism for the first time. He believed they had come to steal. These people in this store are disrespectful and should be run out of the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Their presence truly does a disservice to the entire area. This 7 Eleven is one of the cleanest and it being right on the grounds of the apartment complex makes it very convenient.

This is not a good store to go to for food or coffee. I was recently let go because I questioned some of these issues. I refused to sell customers food that were in the hot case or roller grill because they have been there for over the two hour limit. On the day they let me go, the manager, Pinky sold a gal five spicy wings at 6:02pm that had been there since 9 or 10am. A few times I heard customers ask her if the food was fresh or how fresh is it and she answered them that she just made them and I was only thankful they didn't ask me for the food. On my first day there I went to wash the coffee pots because they were black inside. Pinky told me not to because they wash them once a week. I told her they were black inside and she said it doesn't matter because they don't sell that much coffee. I told her they're supposed to be washed daily. Everyday there, I was made to feel like a new employee, yet I have been with a different 7-ELEVEN for seven years and simply transferred to them. The line would get long and Pinky wouldn't come out or if I rang the button, she may come out after several minutes. There was no good excuse for my being let go. The owner, Cheema though there in the morning and all went well, called at 6pm and said Pinky will be giving me a money order and I asked for what and he said I no longer work for them. I asked why, what did I do etc. He said it wasn't working out and that Pinky threatened to quit if he kept me. She accused me of saying things to vendors which was not true. I did tell her I felt like I wasn't liked there. I not once complained to Cheema about anything at that store. Then yesterday I texted and called him to ask for his last name because I needed it to fill out my unemployment and he still has not responded. I got along great with the regular customers and one even bought me a lottery ticket and he said it's because I was such a great person and he saw me make the previous customer's purchase because she left her purse at home. Pinky got mad because I cleaned the bathroom. The toilet rim was brown and the sink was black. I bleached them both. She said that she keeps the bathroom clean and I just want to show off on how I work. I told her no, I have to have a clean sink and toilet to use. Feel free to go there for packaged, fountain purchases and for cooler items, but stay away from hot food and coffee. read more

The staff at this store is great for the most part! Very friendly and helpful, to the point and nice, except for one lady that is a ball buster!! I don't mind small talk or chit chat however, this lady tends to get REALLY personal. She asks about a lot of personal stuff during the check out transaction process.. Its very uncomfortable because she tends to reach in personal questioning. That is the only reason whyI give this store 3 stars instead of 4 stars. When she is cashiering it makes me want to go elsewhere because I don't wanna deal with her questioning. At times she acts very annoyed like she is doing you a favor for paying! She really needs to reconsider her approach and understand her place as it relates to the transaction! The staff is super friendly and provide the ultimate service with a smile. It is perfecly located just outside my apartment complex so this makes it easy for me to walk to or swing by in my way to work. read more

I go here just about everyday for different items. The entire staff knows me and my family and we share pleasentries when either of us has time. Very clean place, coffee and food is always stocked and just an easy in-and-out trip everytime. Staff is always nice and very helpful. In an area where options are certainly not limited, there's a reason I always choose this 7-11 instead. read more
