This CVS Pharmacy experience was bad, really bad…read more After being rear ended in a car accident, I was rocked. I was in pain and my neck was crazy stiff and shoulder was hurting. I could not lay down comfortably nor sleep. So when the awesome Dr Cho at Haven Urgent Care took such good care of me and prescribed 2 medications via this adjacent CVS, I showed up after the 45 minutes to a horror show. The other reviews about the totally mean spirited and just stupid Pharmacy Manager Hien Nguyen are spot on and dead on balls accurate( " My Cousin Vinny"). I was next in line and had been waiting 11 minutes when Ms Nguyen smiled and vigorously waved to the lady behind me and said " Come on up". I figured maybe a quick hello but she went on to tell her friend about her pregnancy and just about everything under the sun - 27 minutes. Ms Nguyen would look over at me every 3-4 minutes but .. nothing! Not a word not be right with you.. not sorry I did this...! Finally another lady came up to help and things went further south. I showed her my id with my birth date and also offered my SS number so she could quickly look up my DOD benefits card. She just declined and said " No, can't do this." Go sit on that chair( no please) and we will call you. Please note this was maybe 47 minutes waiting in line and I was in excruciating pain... Finally after another 12 minutes, I just got up and left. I did take a photo of these two ladies. I did tell the Store Manager who seemed to have dealt with these complaints prior...I called CVS customer care the next day. They took the details and apologized. I just did a 5 star review for a CVS in New Hyde Park, Long Island NY. This was at the other end of the spectrum. My advice - find a different pharmacy other than the CVS on Haven just north of Foothill Blvd.

Pretty good Target!…read more If you're familiar with the concept of placeless-ness, you can sort of get a grasp of the layout of every Target after being to a couple of them (excluding those giga ones with several floors and elevators and escalators for you cart). This one is similar to the Anaheim location one. Much bigger and the store has a slight curve to lay out of some of the shelves and aisles. I am not schizo posting, those who know, know. Plenty of parking in this location since it's in such a huge plaza. Check out was a tad busy, even in the self check out, so I was directed to the returns for checking out. Stock and selection was decent, a little bit messy and disorganized in some places but makes sense with the sheer size of the store. Was able to get toiletries for a friend's visit, all for under $30 with multiple items, which isn't too bad. Not the cheapest, but it's convenient to shop at Target and know what you need to get and know that it's there.

My long overdue review…read more Worked with this pharmacy for several years. It was a win-win for everyone. All our struggles with big chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens disappeared. Physicians were able to write branded medications and know that the pharmacy would process the coupons. Patients would be able to obtain branded medications at a lower cost through coupons. AND they got their medication the next day at their door step. Keep in mind we're out in San Francisco. Impressive service.

She tells me why my coupons weren't working, and works her magic somehow, and I ended up paying $1.50 for the soap, original price $5.38, discontinued price $4 something. Their Rancho Cucamonga staff is on top of their game. Brenda and Mariah have been wonderful, detail oriented, and always reply promptly. They have next day delivery (or even same day for very urgent cases) and the customer service has been top notch. Some of your specialty meds may come Fedex'ed from their Arizona location, but it gave me comfort that most of my meds were coming from the Southern CA area, and that only very rare items needed to come from out of state. That said, the AZ delivery arrived just as promptly as the CA delivery. I have done my homework and price compared, and am very grateful for the service and prices at Integrity. Depending on the items needed, you may find some of the other competitors to be lower on a specific item, but overall, I would check with Integrity first.

Very frustrating experience with the FedEx drop-off at this Walgreens. I brought in a properly…read morepackaged FedEx shipment with a prepaid label. The manufacturer-marked weight was approximately 53 lbs. The employees told me Walgreens has a 50-lb maximum and refused to accept it. Since they seemed unsure, they checked with the manager on duty, who also confirmed that anything over 50 lbs could not be accepted. What makes this especially frustrating is that the store didn't even have a scale to weigh the package--they simply relied on the marked 53-lb weight and rejected it. According to the published FedEx/Walgreens requirements, packages can weigh up to 55 lbs, meaning my 53-lb package was within the stated limit. I understand newer employees not knowing every FedEx policy, but when they specifically check with the manager, I expect the manager to know or verify the correct policy before turning a customer away. Instead, I had to haul a heavy 53-lb package back out and find another location because the manager and staff were enforcing an incorrect 50-lb limit. If this Walgreens is going to offer FedEx drop-off services, management and employees should be familiar with the actual acceptance requirements--or at least verify them before refusing a package. One star for the unnecessary inconvenience and poor handling of a service this location advertises as providing.
