Remember Centipede the arcade game? Here is the real life version! This is my go-to for gas down the hill but it is literally crawling with bugs. In the restroom I accidentally killed an earwig and saw scores of pillbugs and centipedes (how the hell does autocomplete not have "centipede" in its vocabulary?). Do *not* go in there if you are at all squeamish. Lucky for me, I'm not but it does make me question the sanitation of the place. Will not be buying food here, kthxbai. Buddy told me about some tall hispanic looking guy there who might be racist against Asians. So I go to check and see whats up. As I'm waiting in line I notice he doesn't card some people buying tobacco or even alcohol especially the people who look rather young. So as I get to the front I ask for a lighter and he immediately asks for my ID. Mind you the legal age to buy a lighter is 18 and I'm 25 with tattoos from neck to the tip of my fingers. This place is a RIP OFF! I went inside the 7 Eleven1130 W Rennaissance Pkwy Rialto, CA 92376 location on 12/07/2021, asked the clerk for $30 on pump 10. The clerk charged my card $70. The pump kept going after it reach the $30 luckily I caught this right at $32.43. I looked at my receipt and noticed the clerk charged my card $70. I went back in to the young man and said "I asked for $30 NOT $70. He then said "the unused amount will be credited back to you" I then asked for a receipt for the gas amount that I did pump ($32.43) AND LOW AND BEHOLD, THEY COULD NOT FIND THE RECEIPT IN THEIR SYSTEM. The manager Esmeralda said she would search the records later and consult with the owner and call me back the next day. Of course I never got a call back from her. So I continued to watch my bank account for the correct charge of $32.43. They waited over 20 days and fraudulently charged my card the entire $70 on 12/28/2021. I called the manager Esmeralda back and SHE STILL CLAIMED THAT SHE CAN NOT LOCATE THE TRANSACTION. I asked her why she never called me back on 12/08/2021 and she had an excuse. She told me YET again that she needed to speak with the owner and call me back....IM STILL WAITING. I had to report fraud to my bank. This place steals from their customers and does not make good on their promises to rectify the theft. I advise you to use cash and not your debit cards because this place will steal your money and leave you holding the bag. BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!!!! read more

This dumb bitch. I'm not one to complain about anything. But this lady "Laura" or something like that refused service to me because I wasn't wearing a mask. Okay, i get it, there's a sign so I was like damn it. I come to my car grab a sock, a shoe lace and make my own. Tell me why I was sitting in my car watching a guy inside have his mask around his neck talking to her at the register and she was wearing it the same way.???? I go in there mad as hell and said "I need gas on number 9" and before I can tell her how much she responded w SO MUCH ATTITUDE "OK how much!?" I told her how much I wanted and as I was swiping I told her "sooooo why did you refuse service ti me again ?" And she said "bc you didn't have a mask" I told her "so if I wear it around my neck then I can be served? She said no. I told her it doesn't make sense why I couldn't walk in w out one but the guy she's talking to Can wear it around his neck and have a full on conversation with her. Her response? "I'll ask him to put it on" i said "no, you'll tell him, just like you TOLD me no service w out a mask, and guess what, he's wearing it now bc I'm here mad about it so I guess you don't have to ask him anymore".
