I went to put gas in my rental car, I put 40.00 dollars in the tank and received an alert for additional 176.00, I immediately called my bank, and they informed that this was common with PILOT Gas stations, this fee drops after a few days. I followed up with the gas station in Rialto on Sierra Lakes and spoke with the shift manager 'Jennifer' to be told she advises everyone to come in and pay instead of using the pump, she also said there's a little yellow sticker on the pump that says a service fee will be added to your receipt, I expressed to her that it was not right and people need to know this, especially the amount you are holding, also it was not added to the my receipt, there is no indication of the fee on the receipt anywhere, Jennifer assured me the money will be refunded in a few days and she added that all gas stations are doing this. In closing, that is not true, I have used Chevron, Shell and many other gas stations and not one charges a service/holding fee. If anyone goes to any Pilot Gas Station, please be aware of this please. read more

Pumped gas here and it would not take my apple pay without speaking to a cashier so I had to physically insert my card. 30 minutes later I was alerted of fraud on my account and someone trying to withdrawal 500$. Be very wary of pumping here and avoid. read more

Took several hours to get a shower, and did laundry while i waited; Only had three washers, and two of the five dryers were OutOfOrder. When i finally got a private-bathroom, i was only in there @ 20-25mins; Staff pounded on the door at least twice, telling me i was "taking too damn long". When i got back to my truck, staff kicked me out of the reserved-spot i paid for, seemingly so their buddy could take my spot. And they threatened to call the cops when it took me a couple minutes (get closed-toed shoes on, turned the truck on to fill the airtanks, and checked that the tires werent flat). I stopped in at this pilot truck stop to use the restroom and grab a bite. I bought a small salad. I ask the clerk for a couple of packets of ranch dressing. They were not even cold. The fridge they ate kept in is not even on. I sat down and was eating my salad with no dressing and all of a sudden, this guy is blowing trash, dirt and dust into the small food eating area from behind the bar counter with a battery operated, handheld blower. Hair and dust all over the service counters onto the napkins. Just everywhere. He called out a young kid, his manager I suppose, and I let him know that using a blower instead of a dust mop was unsanitary and against the law seeing this was a restaurant as well as a store. If this place has not been inspected yet, then it needs to be. I trusted it to be a good place safe to eat. Now I don't know where or what the food would have in it. Asked for assistance and eventually came and said only new bills then left, so I asked other employees for change but no so had to fuel elsewhere .
