Although, I do understand that you were not there on the date of the incident it's infuriating to know the extends a so called Manager Alicia would go to. So apparently now not only did my daughter's dog attempt to attack a customer but he was also being disruptive barking!!! Everyone knows a service animal does not bark!!! So, much for waiting until the GM came back from the weekend for some justice and reasoning! I informed him of how Alicia approached us and even he agreed with the way she just assumed, and never bothered asking the right questions as to whether he was a service animal or not. Im so angry for my experience at this stater bros. Every time I come in and I shop here multiple times a week, and it's always the same bull. The lines are so long, down to produce department or going to meat department. They mostly only have one checker or two they don't have anyone else to call. This is ridiculous it wasn't like this about a month ago I wonder if people quit and they don't hire because this needs to stop I waited in line for a while, we have things to do instead of being stuck in line because they don't want to schedule more employees. I was just recently in the store and I purchased some energy drinks and I have the Fetch app which you're supposed to take a picture of your receipt so you could get points to redeem for gift cards. Apparently the cashier took a picture of my receipt , which void out my receipt so she basically took my points!!, not appreciated that she did that , it was Eloisa!! She did take the picture in front of me thought because I was getting cash back not the case . She steals points so look out for her on checkstand2 !! read more

I just visited this store not too long ago to buy a cake for my husband. There were so many options to choose from and the decorator there assisted me and helped me pick the perfect cake for him. She even offered to make some changes to it if I wasn't completely satisfied with it but all the cakes there were beautiful and creative. She was very helpful and nice, definitely an asset to this store. I don't remember her name but she wears a pretty smile and big glasses. I'll for sure be coming back for more cakes. I have no idea why they would put such a young inexperienced kid to be a manager of the front of the store. The store doesn't have any area to lock up bicycles, e-bikes, electric scooters, etc. I brought mine inside the store and put it to the side out of the way. I was approached immediately by the security and informed I couldn't bring it inside. I asked if there was a place I could lock it up and the security said that there wasn't. I understand he's just doing what he is told. I asked to talk to the supervisor. Some young kid approached me a couple minutes later and instructed me to take my bike outside. There wasn't any greetings, introductions of who he was, or simple courtesy to inquire about why I asked to speak with to the supervisor. I asked him how long he has been a manger, because it was very obvious he didn't have skills to deal with the public. He told me long enough and walked away when I was trying to talk to him. I once gave this store 5 star rating and a good review. But it dropped all the way down to a 1 due to their decision to have this kid representing their store. Two things need to change at all Stater Bros. 1. There has to be an outlet to their customers to discuss to management of any wrong doings done by their staff at any store. 2. They need to make their store friendly to customers that use alternative means of transportation, specially ones that are environmentally friendly vehicles. He greeted me with a big smile and a very warm " Hi , how are you doing today ". His enthusiasm in greeting each customer that passed by was superior. There was plenty of customers who did even acknowledge him , however he would take the time to greet each one . I stopped , to acknowledge him and to share what excellent customer service he displayed. It is difficult to find youth these days , that have high levels of customer service , it's a lost art. What ever happened to the customer is always right ? This store is not deserving of a rating ! This last Saturday I bought a six pack of Millers draft in bottles and everything was fine until I got home I went to put the beer in my ice chest when all of a sudden the bottom feel out breaking 3 of the bottles I took the three bottle back to store along with sales slip and the cardboard carton to show the store what had happened ! Of all the Stater Bros in the area, this one is best. Friendly staff, stocked shelves, produce and meat counter are good, reasonable lines and number of open registers, etc. All around pleasant experience - but I'm giving 5 stars because this is literally the only SB within a 10 mile radius that properly shreds the chicken salad in the deli. Whoever is making it should train all the employees at the surrounding stores to do it the same way instead of using lazy gross huge chunks that I have to reshred at home. *Chef's kiss* Always great!! read more

The butcher counter always has polite fast service. You can find the basics at this store. The annoying aspect of shopping here: they don't teach how to bag groceries. You can walk in with multiple bags for the baggers to use, however they will cram ALL your cold items into ONE cold bag, tearing it rendering it useless, and cram everything else into one bag including bread. If you ask the cashier to put your bread separately...well I got a dirty look from the cashier..... then the bagger held up a choc bar and sarcastically cocked his head questioning where I wanted it. Horrible store. The meat department is a disgrace. I bought their specialty hamburgers that are supposed to be made fresh daily. I came home to make the hamburgers and the meat is grey and smells. With the new state law requiring masks, Stater Bros just has a tiny sign stating that masks are required to enter the premises. Yet, I observed as an White couple in their 40s or 50s entered the store, and no one stopped them. Nor did anyone tell them they needed masks. 99% of the customers they came into contact with felt really uncomfortable; and this entitled couple proceeded around flaunting their maskless faces in front of everyone including staff. I have been a loyal customer at this Stater Bros. But this is unacceptable; and as I finish writing this review I am seeing a family of 3, a White man in his 40s who appears like a "biker" and is not wearing a mask, along with his daughter and partner. People continue to believe they are exempt and this is not okay. Stater Bros. needs to call out everyone equally the same way people of color are called out! Do better Stater Bros. read more

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. This is my local store I tend to shop at frequently. It is close and usually the prices are decent.
