I'd would put 0 stars if stars if i could NEVER had an issue going in a store with employees harassing me about stealing until now. I was trying to get some drinks and some Indian lady seemed like the manager was staring me down and asked if I was going to pay and kept harassing and watching me!! i was just there with my girlfriend for slurpees and had an employee watching us the entire time. She completely profiled us. She claimed that she thought we were going to steal slurpees? I usually stop here every Sunday morning for coffee on my way to church. This location is usually very well-stocked and maintained. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Today was a very different day. The entire experience was different. The staff did not greet me when I walked into the store. The coffee pots were all almost empty. The staff didn't even attempt to walk over and make more coffee. The store wasn't very clean and the staff's demeanor didn't change. Once I paid for my merchandise, I said have a good day and the staff did not respond. This was not a good start for my morning. read more

Worst interaction with the "manager" "owner" ever. Be sure to check twice the pump you're using when you pre-pay.

The store has went through a renovation recently. With that said, customer service from employees other than the owner and his wife, plain out stinks. This is a hang out for no good people. I would have given this a big fat zero but was forced to click on one star. The gas at Pump #7 did not shut off automatically and filled the tank to the brim, spilled over the side of my car and onto my foot. When I told the clerk, she said it happened earlier to someone else at the same pump!! Apparently the manager (Steve) did not think it was important to fix it. My car holds a total of 10.6 gallons, and was half full when I pulled in. The receipt shows it pumped 6.352 gallons, which means it pumped more than one gallon of gas extra to fill the tank to the rim and then over onto the car and on the ground. Steve offered me 50 cents. In my opinion, he is poor representation for the title of manager and lousy manager for 7-11, because he did not apologize, try to fix things, but had a bad attitude about it. I told 3 other people, and they certainly don't want that to happen to them, especially if the manager won't reimburse them for the company's mistake. read more
