It is in the lobby of the interurban hotel, and there is a fair amount of traffic that comes and goes through the coffee shop. One downside is that this location doesn't allow substitutions like the San Diego one does, I usually swap lychee jelly for boba at no extra cost, but here they charge extra. There was only one self-order kiosk, and a couple was taking a while on it (which is totally fine), but the employees didn't step in to help take orders either.
