They also introduced me to Yellow Bird sauces, which they sell and offer for use on your food - they are the best hot sauce I've ever had! Honestly, they're a very good place to stop in for breakfast. Just make sure if you order on a weekend morning that you give them LOTS of time to make your coffee if you want something fancy - order ahead. Otherwise, if you're just getting food, it'll be ready within a few minutes, you don't have to order ahead. I am taking away a star and giving them 4/5 because the tables can be messy, the room echoes really loudly so it's hard to talk to someone, and the prices are out of this world for their coffee and tea. The food carries this place to a fairly high spot in my rankings of local restaurants, but there are definitely a few issues that bug me about this place.

They small batch roast the coffee each week, and chatting with George the roaster, it only lasts in store about 7-14 days. So you know you're getting some truly fresh coffee. The smells are intoxicating, they always have a sample available too. Gotta check out the peanut butter. All three were fabulous. Grab a team member and get a sample. Many bulk food items including baking goods, spices, nuts, oils, vinegars and more. Definitely worth a quick trip to see them if you're a fan of Sprouts. Better bulk at reasonable prices.
