I have detected a pattern on the handful of one-star ratings here that are artificially driving down their Yelp score--someone with a beef (I am guessing a competitor who is unhappy they keep winning the Best of Pasadena award) asked a few of their friends to post a bunch of hyperbolic 1-star reviews--I notice that for each of these likely fake reviews the person has only ever submitted ONE review to Yelp ever--one guy even claims they forgot to put his oil filter on and it ruined his car--total nonsense.
