They skip over rewards so you don't have a chance to save money. And when you ask them if they have rewards, the attitude you receive when he inevitably has to cancel the checkout and redo it so I can type in my phone number is ridiculous. It's not just for points, you get $1 off of drinks just for typing in a phone number. He's squeezing all he can out of his customers. Lots of expired food items and drinks. Sells very old and expired sodas and candy bars. We stopped for soda and candy bars for a road trip. Four hours later we discovered every single candy bar must be years old. The snickers inside was whitish and crumbling; the payday was rock hard and smelled rancid; the butterfinger exterior was whitish and hard. All went in the trash. The morning Indian guy is beyond rude and seem a bit racial biased. I was getting some wraps and the caucasian male that was in line right before me bought 2 monsters and some Smirnoff liquor. The employee doesn't ask for his ID to scan and just rings up his total and that's it. I asked for 2 dark leafs and the employee goes "do you have your ID" so I asked did you ask the guy before me? & he lies right in my face stating "it's the same thing for everyone" but you didn't ask the guy right before me for his ID to purchase liquor but ask me for mine to buy tobacco leaf? I roll my dice every day and it's a seven-eleven. One cup of coffee limit per day and it takes forty-five minutes to get to work, and this is the place I stop. I still like their coffee the best. They have decent choices. I even grab a quick Baffo's pepperoni roll to bring to work for a quick bite. This particular store has a great and friendly staff. As I walk in at 5:45 every day they have my coffee hot and fresh as they tell me which one is the freshest. I see the other fellow regulars, the hot school teacher and the security guard. This location is hit and miss as to how it's going to go experience wise. It is either super messy and lacking inventory or pretty decent. The pretty decent times are far and in between though. I think it is because it is in a very busy intersection right off of the freeway. Hopefully this 7-Eleven improves over time. read more

I am a visitor to this city and come about once a month. The coffee from the 7-11 brand is absolutely great. However the customer service in this store absolutely sucks. If you are looking for someone to be pleasant during your purchase then try a different location. The owner scanned my items and left them on the counter and walked away, did not come back to finish the transaction or say thank you.... there are too many other options. Upon arrival of our local 7/11, my friends and I were rather stoked for the bring your own cup day. When I entered the store with my cup, I was ordered to the DIAMETER measuring hole. When I went to fit my rule following cup through the hole, I was then told "NO!" In a very harsh manner. The clerk working at the time told me to put it upright. When I got to do that, just the corners can't go, when the overall volume would. I then tried to explain what a diameter was but he kept ordering me out the store. When I pulled out the advertisement, I showed him the rules for the diameter. He then threatened to call the cops. I soon asked if I could fill my cup half way, yet still refused. I went down the isle to buy a bag of hot cheetos, when he came around the counter, snatched them from my hand, then pushed me out. At the same time, I witnessed another unsatisfied customer in the line. This customer already filled up there rule-following cup, but was ordered for it to be poured out. This customer then explained the concept of diameter as well, but was also ordered out the store. I've been overall satisfied with the others employees who work, but this one (grey hair, glasses) , I found very rude to his customer base. The fact is, I have my money to spend on what I want, so if something's not good enough, I demand my money back. Also, I have the right as a customer to ask simple questions, if the owner avoids the questions and orders us to be exited, then he's hiding something. I warn all future shoppers of this 7/11 to be cautious of the customer appreciation coming from this employee. read more

The staff is usually great, but if you're a young woman don't go up there alone at night. One of the night clerks hugged me close and licked my neck, I reported it to his supervisor but he still works there. Other than that this location has a lot of variety and is usually pretty clean. read more

I am terribly disappointed in the customer service at this franchise location. I had a faulty cup from another 7/11 that the side seam had split and spilled coffee all over me and the inside of my car. An extra large coffee everywhere. When I arrived at this location and for a replacement I was told that I could purchase another cup instead. When I pointed out that I didn't cause the cup to break, but that it was a manufacturer's problem, the clerk informed me that his 7/11 was owned by different people than the others. While I am aware that 7/'11 is a franchise based company it was a simple $2 cup of coffee I was just asking to have replaced. I was told there was nothing he could do for me unless I bought a new one. Thus I was left with coffee all over my car and none to drink. I will not be returning to this location. read more
