This is a nice place. I understand why they have electric order kiosks, but I still don't like them. Sure it allows them to be able to hire less staff. As I was filling up, I noticed that each gas pump has a sizeable full color LCD screen over it playing various news stories (see the pix I uploaded to the review). After filling up, the durn pump would not print off a receipt, so I went inside to get one. I hit the Men's Restroom while inside. I was pretty impressed with how clean and cool looking the Men's room was. Large stone tiles on the floors and walls. The toilet and sink were Jet Black. Modern dispensers for both hand soap and Purell, plus the paper towel dispenser. There was some cool decorations as well, framed artwork and more!

I arrived and immediately went inside to attack the touchscreen. I want to point out here that this was prior to Sheetz removing tots from their menu. Actually mere days before they did so. I made sure to order my fair share of tots. I got myself a tots platter and an appetizer with tots as a part of the trio. I ordered a few other items and made my way to pay. After paying I waited for my food to be prepared. This was a decent end to the run and made for the end of my day after shopping and stopping well worth it. I sat there in anticipation of my food and maybe salivated a bit. I got lost in my thoughts until I heard my number yelled out. After my food was ready I went outside to set up the appetizer in my vehicle to eat on the ride home. I stuck around a bit before getting in my vehicle to set the GPS (I still get lost down here). On my way home, I enjoyed every morsel of the appetizer. When I got into my apartment, I made short work of the rest of the food. Great end to a long day.

Before I even reached the register, he aggressively demanded my ID in front of other customers instead of letting me show it at checkout. When I expressed that I would show it at the register, he refused and continued to be rude. To make things worse, he even put his hands on me, which is completely unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I understand ID checks are required, but there's a professional way to do it. Management needs to train their employees on how to treat customers with respect. I will be reporting this to Sheets corporate!!

Walking into this store things seemed shinny, bright and clean. Leys not forget well organized and stocked. This wasn't all up in my head. The employee on duty, greeted me with a warm smile and it set the tone. I thought about getting the orange fruit drink, but thought better of it. I ended up buying my wife a phone charger and cord for her job. This felt better than buying junk food. I did notice a new coffee section for those serious coffee drinkers being set up. Yes, the coffee section is getting bigger, but the one great hot drink for me at a 7 Eleven is Hot Chocolate. I did not buy any hot chocolate this time, but I might do it later on next week. This 7 Eleven is great. It will be my store if choice when coming back from Sterling Virginia. It is an out of the way place so hobos and stumblebums won't be hanging around waiting for you to give them money. Time will tell if my statement remains true.

The painkiller my husband was supposed to take immediately after having a tooth extracted. Then they claimed they couldn't find the prescription so I had to call the dentist and get it resubmitted (I know for certain they had both). It took 5 hours to get the second one filled. I handed them our insurance card and they didn't apply insurance so that was a whole other deal that took 15" to pickup. Now I'm here for a prescription that I forgot to pickup 2 weeks ago. I got an automated call reminding me to pickup so here I am over an hour later still waiting on it. They can't find it, had to make a new one. Said will be 15", 45" later I'm still here. Handed insurance card when I attempted to pickup. Still didn't apply it so again they didn't apply. multiple lines and a 15" checkout process. 10/10 do NOT recommend. The prices are higher, the service stinks. Avoid at all costs. If I don't live above it I would never go back.

It's brewed in big kettles that they will just pour over after you order. There are so many other coffee types I have to come back for. The honeycomb dessert is a must try. There's cheese inside and honey drizzle on top. It's really a new taste for me and I loved it. The staff was very friendly. They are not all from Yemen though. I don't know why I assumed so lol There's plenty of parking space. The set up is also very nice for friends to hangout and talk. You can also go upstairs to work with a bit more peace. It's a good cafe I'd come back for!
