The last Sheetz run stop on this trek. Quite possibly the most important as well. This was going to be a large Sheetz run as I was going to go hard on food since it had been a minute since I had my Sheetz fix. I arrived and immediately went inside to attack the touchscreen. I want to point out here that this was prior to Sheetz removing tots from their menu. Actually mere days before they did so. I made sure to order my fair share of tots. I got myself a tots platter and an appetizer with tots as a part of the trio. I ordered a few other items and made my way to pay. After paying I waited for my food to be prepared. This was a decent end to the run and made for the end of my day after shopping and stopping well worth it. I sat there in anticipation of my food and maybe salivated a bit. I got lost in my thoughts until I heard my number yelled out. After my food was ready I went outside to set up the appetizer in my vehicle to eat on the ride home. I stuck around a bit before getting in my vehicle to set the GPS (I still get lost down here). On my way home, I enjoyed every morsel of the appetizer. When I got into my apartment, I made short work of the rest of the food. Great end to a long day. read more

Had a terrible experience at this Sheetz location. I went in to buy some drinks at 10:30pm, and black elder man worker (who I assume was a manager) followed me closely, making me uncomfortable. Before I even reached the register, he aggressively demanded my ID in front of other customers instead of letting me show it at checkout. When I expressed that I would show it at the register, he refused and continued to be rude. To make things worse, he even put his hands on me, which is completely unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I understand ID checks are required, but there's a professional way to do it. Management needs to train their employees on how to treat customers with respect. I will be reporting this to Sheets corporate!! read more

well a couple months ago they would always have breakfast sandwiches made ahead of time. now they never have breakfast sandwiche. I guess the night supervisor is not doing there job or just to lazy. read more

10/18/21 On Sunday 10/17/21 I was given the chance to make some extra money. After a six hour special job request with Reston Limousine, the job turned into an 8 hour job. Even better:) I ended up at Sheetz Gasoline Station and Store to fill my vichele up with fuel before heading back to base. Using the bathroom, I saw the place had some high traffic, but it was still relatively clean. Maybe not to the standards of Gunnery Sergeant Hartman, your senior drill instructor, but close. There was not harsh smell of butt gases in this bathroom, but someone was in there. Probably waiting for me to leave before dropping several devastating bombs. Out of the bathroom and out of danger, I had the chance to look around and see a world of junk food that had my taste buds watering. I had not had a meal all day and was hungry. Instead, I aquired to Bai Drinks of Peach. I grabbed to bags of soft batch like Cheetos. On my way to the checkout line, I saw you can get cold beer cases or something from the bakery if you like. I also saw Sheetz is celebrating Cancer Awareness Month. I saw options of key chains, cups, mugs and bracelets. I liked two types of bracelets and grabbed them immediately. The light pink bracelet with two dark pink stones and three light pink stones is the one I ended up with. It is the colored stones I liked the most. The other bracelet had dark pink rope, but with clear stones. The dark pink is more my style, but I did not like the stones as much. I let my wife choose first and my guess was right on what she would pick. These bracelets are lovely and I will be back to possibly collect three more next week. The price for these bracelets are $6.99 before the 6% tax in Virginia. They are worth it. Sheetz is the second biggest gasoline station that has set the standard of what gasoline stations should be like. I think so anyhow. I shall return here... possibly next weekend. read more

I got a free regular appetizer from Sheetz and I went in today to redeem it, but I totally screwed up my order because I normally only get gas at Sheetz and not food. They not only took the time to help me correct my order, but gave me the sampler for free as a bonus and it was so delicious! This is the best $5 for popcorn chicken, mac and cheese bites and boneless chicken bitez ever! It was so much food you can make a meal out of it! Hello, on March 2nd 2023 at 11:32 (please have manager look at the front counter video) the service person throw an order receipt at me because she was having a temper tantrum about something that happened before I walked into the Sheetz. My food order receipt wasnt working because it got scanned incorrectly on the self service scanner. My mood was 100% fine and I was even treating her very nicely but she said "I can't take this!" And even grunted like an animal while trying to get the order to scan. She said "You have to use the self scanner" and I said word for word "well, all I have is cash though" and she THREW my receipt back toward me and said "You have to go repeat your order!" I have never had something crazy like this happen anywhere or even at this sheetz. She should not be running the front counter. Ty! read more

I'm a frequent at many Sheetz. I'm here for a wedding and stopped in to get something quick. I ordered two hot dogs. Both were missing my sauces, cheese, and one of my toppings. The hot dogs were also cold. Good thing this isn't one I go to often. Wouldn't reccomend the food. read more

Ordered food, waited over 20 minutes. I checked in multiple times, turned out they never started cooking the food. So disorganized and to make things worse the whole staff was fighting with each other!! Will not return. read more

This is First Location here in sterling. By far they just open and it's good size for this location. Its still very clean and stuff are very friendly. Hopefully they stay that way. I like the way that you can order food and on the machine and then pay when they call your number. I'll be back soon. read more

This Sheetz opened this last year. It is a busy Sheetz. Even when the line at the register gets long the staff is is very quick and efficient. They also are very efficient making the food. Although they could use more staff, the staff they have works very hard and are always friendly. I live in the area and frequent this Sheetz very often. I would recommend this location! read more

My favorite place to get gas and a quick bite to eat. App makes it easy to order food. Loyalty card reduces gas prices. Food is good, better than WaWa. Manager is very friendly and it is obvious he takes pride in his work by how he treats his customers. Store is clean, gas prices are great. Only thing that keeps it from a 5th star is no carwash. Their soft serve ice cream bar is $2.99 including toppings which is a fantastic deal. Tons of food and drink options and they are all delicious and perfectly priced. Two of the pumps were marked closed with the yellow cloth, the pump I used was also not working but not marked. And the trash cans at the pumps are overflowing with trash blowing all over. Not coming back anytime soon. read more

I think they hire the least motivated people here. I know customer service can be better. The morning Manger does everything not to make eye contact with the customers and the person that makes the drinks always sits them behind the counter so you can't find them. Come on it's common sense. The person making the drinks could care less we have to go to work in the morning not search for my coffee I put in ahead of time. read more

This is a lovely chain. You can go in, quickly grab a meal and then get right back on the road. My mom and I have been here multiple times to grab a bite and the people have always been incredibly nice to us and also seem generally happy. read more

I just left this Sheetz, and for the second time in over 50 visits or more, the items were in the wrong place, thereby having the wrong price attached to it. I brought a bowl of mixed fruit, the price that was under it was 2/$4.00, but when I get to the register it had runged up as $4.99 each. I took the cashier over to the cooler and she said I was correct, but I was also wrong, as the mixed fruit should be for $3.99 each. the cashier took one of the bowls, that was supposed to have been $3.99, off the shelf, and scanned it at the register, and it runged up as $4.99. In her amazement, she said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do about it, as the bar code would only allow her to ring it up as $4.99. This is PATHETIC! It's not our fault that the items were in the wrong place! I thought the customer was always right! I should have therefore gotten 2/$4.00 because it was not my fault on having the item in the wrong place! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more
