I phoned very upset and ask to speak to the manager. Her excuse was they weren't covered by my insurance. I said did you think about asking the person I sent in to pick up if they wanted to purchase and that insurance denied coverage? She said no. I said are you the manager, she said yes. I said well, you should act like one. Walgreens should pay for the delivery if those meds to my home for their failure to mention that. She did not agree. So needless to say I had no one to go again to purchase for me. I borrowed some from a neighbor. Terrible customer service from pharmacy manager.

Of course, every Walgreens centers around the pharmacy, and this one is no exception. Nice large pharmacy that can probably take care of whatever medicine you need. Personally, what I like about all Walgreens stores is that when they do find themselves out of something they can order it and - with their constant resupply and restocking - can usually get what you need within 48 hours. Nice to have that capability. Employees seemed nice and everything seemed to run like a clock. We'll be back.

After being given wrong info, I explained that that was incorrect, i was snapped at that " I just don't understand it" I asked to speak to pharmacist and was hung up on. called my insurance company to confirm they were lying to me. called and spoke with pharmacist who originally said something similar to tech. and I replied with the exact explanation I told the tech, waiting to say I had just called my ins in case she tried same thing, and as polite as can be, the pharmacist, said hold on let me check. and bingo resolved. IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANYTHING LOOK IT UP, DON'T JUST ASSUME. do not go here by any means. until they better train their techs or realize they need to be replaced. I haven't left a review before but this is not even the fifth time i Have witnessed issues with a certain tech to not only me but another customer on another occasion. Savve yourself, time, headaches, and some genuinely potentially dangerous behavior and go somewhere else!!!!
