I thought it was just a bad day for customers... then my daughter tells me the price is different for the exact same coffee depending on who is at the window. Some accept OU Athens college ID for discount and one person says only Marietta colleges get discounts. She also waited at the window for over 6 minutes more than once while the employees are telling each other stories and looking at phones. Hope this gets fixed but I will be going to one of the many other coffee spots for a while. Very disappointing customer service. I am doing 3 stars because the coffee is good.
