Told her the last name on the account and she proceeded to look me dead in the eyes and say "i know you don't expect me to know the name on the account" after i just told her. I've gone here a handful of times and the service was good. They always had the products I've needed, but not at the best price. This is why I rate it at 3 stars. It's just a shop. I felt comfortable walking in, but it was nothing special or out of the norm. The one thing that really bugged me was the fact that they put their hours on the building but did not follow. We arrived at 11:10PM and the shop hours stated 12AM. This was on a Saturday night, a night they should expect business this late. Literally so clutch because I was searching everywhere for this one airbar flavor and no one had it until I stumbled on this shop! When I came up there, and my vape died, I was fiending super hard and literally 8 places I called don't carry airbars. I'm just super happy they had my flavor. It wasn't the exact airbar I wanted, it was better. I usually go for the diamonds but they had the new 5000 rechargeable mesh ones and omg it hit the spot. Plus it lasted me a pretty good amount of time before I had to charge it. The guys were super cool in there and they were watching modern family, so that's another plus for me. The layout is sick and everything is nice and organized. I love a laid back vape shop and this is definitely one! read more

I will no longer be buying my products or any items i need from this shop again. I just bought a defected tank and took it back twice to fix it. My prince tank and let them know I purchased it about 3 weeks ago for $50 and I have to use pliers every time to move my airflow instead of possibly replacing my faulty tank. I've never had to deal with such poor customer service at a vape shop ever before. I was not offered any other options after informing them of my issue with my brand new tank and how it came this way and how I was just in there a week before and had recognized me. It is 2:22 pm February 9th 2018 and walked out of the establishment about 5 minutes earlier. I'm very disappointed with service I was given. I insisted a couple times on what else could be done and no one seemed to care. So now my business will be taken else where from this point on. read more

Came to this shop in a pinch because I needed a coil. Customer service was non existence. I ask for 1 cool and the guys smart a$$ response was "why buy one coil do you only by 2 pieces of bread instead of a loaf"? At that point I had 2 choices 1, stoop to his level and be a smart a$$ back! Or 2, walk out and pass the word around! I chose option 2. Besides the lack of customer service the prices are high and it seems more like a social club for degenerates then a place of business. Don't buy anything other than juice here. Mods are a rip off and they'll always sell you the wrong coils in the wrong packaging. Staff is unfriendly and stand-offish. Do they deserve this one star? I guess if you go here you'll have to find out for yourself... read more

We arrived from Oregon in Dallas for Fourth of July weekend to visit family, and we had inadvertently left most of my vape supplies at home two time zones away. Having found several vape shops in McKinney via online search, I gave Pink Moon a shot as it was the most convenient to get to, and was not disappointed in the friendliness of the staff and the help and attention given sampling the different juices on hand. Ended up purchasing a Kanger pen and two bottles as well as snagging a bumper sticker. Should I find myself in McKinney again I will seriously consider revisiting. read more

I've been to several vape shops in the area and this is definitely my favorite. I doubt I'll go to any others at this point. The liquid they sell is easily the best I've tried. I go for the gourmet selection. It's a bit more expensive but worth the price. Try "The O.B." It retains its flavor through long vape sessions and seems to last longer than the cheap stuff. All in all a nice local business that I will continue to support. read more
