I'd been in once or twice to grab a bottle of juice or an emergency replacement e-cig (they're the only Vape shop near me that opens at 7am, thank goodness)when I lost one, but I happened to run into Christina and David at a kid's play center and got to talking to them about my new job at a juice distributor and how I needed a drip setup but didn't know a thing about them. They explained all the technology to me and showed me their gear (inside the parents lounge at the kid place) and told me I'd be fine to walk into the shop and tell whoever was working basically thst I didn't know anything and needed a setup. Jenny working in the mckinney store and was really awesome. She walked me through the different mods, and atomizer choice and not only built me the coils but showed me how to do it. On top of that, she was incredibly patient with my very squirmy kids bouncing off the walls, needing to leave for a snack, and getting everything taken care of for me. I definitely feel like this place treats me more like family than the few other places I've been. They have my business from here out. read more

I have been a faithful customer and stopped in this evening and was completely ignored by their limited staff. There are entirely too many shops popping up on every corner for this kind of lackluster service. Great day after the visit the staff was very nice and easy to talk to. The only thing I would like more is more informed females who were joga pants and Baseball caps backwards. A sheer top that doesn't show straps are a very friendly personality that make guys think there's a chance. To many vape shops are staffed with vape nearly guys that has little information about the shops products... I can deal with listing to a friendly female even if they are not fully knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Also I rearly find a female who has an attitude of a know it all who makes my believe they know more about what I want than I do. What I want is a friendly female full of confidence that is not afraid to touch or be touched on the shoulder or a pat on my back for making a purchase one thier time. I recently noticed this store and figured I would check it out since it is close to home. Jenny was very helpful as i looked at the various tanks they had to offer. She answered my questions very thoroughly and gave me all the time I needed. The store is nice and clean and they seem to have a large selection of juices and flavors. I only use 100% VG which they do not carry but that is understandable since most stores do not. I did not make a purchase today but I will definitely be back in the future. read more

I will never go to another vape store. Their liquid is by far the best I have ever had. All of the people that work here are so nice and so willing to help you in any way! I go in every week and I am always greeted. I have to take my dog to work with me and they always allow him to come in with me so he does not have to stay in the car. Purchased a kit from these guys 4 months ago. Battery suddenly stopped working. So I brought it back and they tell me they never sold that product there. Are you kidding me. And then proceeded to tell me a battery lasts only 4 to 6 months and I would have to buy a new one. So basically I paid full price for a clearance item that was discontinued. No customer loyalty.
