If I was a kid I would be blown away by how awesome the space is. The student aged ministry is also available during services and you can tell they've put a lot of effort into making it a cool hang out place for teens to be comfortable.

However, the USHERS/VOLUNTEERS give you an entirely different experience than what is being preached about. They will speak loudly during the sermon, try to carry on a conversation with you during the sermon, compare what the minister did/said during his 8:00 versus his 11:15 sermons, distract you, make you give up your chair for people who arrive more than an hour late for service (when you are deep into the message and are in need of it) then make you seem like you are the problem, etc. There is a disconnect. I've noticed this problem when there is a Black manager in charge of people who don't take him or their jobs seriously. They sabotage him.
