The lady on the phone was super sweet and professional and said the best thing to do is just come on in and we can get you set up! She asked what time I would like and I responded with 5:30 please as I work at the hospital at 7 and I'm an early arriver for my shifts. She said, that's perfect, come on in and we'll be waiting for you. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, informed the desk of who i spoke to, who nine yards. The gentleman i spoke to was nice, but right away admitted that he couldn't do my tattoo as he only had done a few cover ups (no big deal) i appreciate the honesty! He recommends another artist in the shop, Luke, who is a veteran tattoo artist and could definitely do my piece I'm looking for! Okay sounds great! Then this is where things went south. The guy I was speaking to informed me that Luke wouldn't do any consulting passed 6pm. He wouldn't even ask him, even after I informed him I live an hour away. When I asked him how long a consult would take, the gentleman said, "10, 15 minutes max." I responded with, "i cant really make that work with my work schedule. Plus it doesnt make sense to drove an hour for a 10-15 minute consult on my day off." Complete silence for a minute, the gentleman asked, "would you like to set something up?" I looked at my planner to see if i could make something work, ultimately i wasnt able to find a spot that would work. Told the gentleman, "thank you and have a nice day." I wont return.

After waiting 10 minutes we are told the artist left and would be back in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later he arrives to a full waiting room and says he has to finish eating before he gets to us, the first customers in line. I then got to watch him sit and talk to a girl and her mom about a nose piercing for another 15 minutes before going to finish his food. One employee ducked in the back while the female employee sat on her phone nearly the entire time. Overall we were in there for 45 to 50 minutes
