I made an offer on a short sale with an agent that worked under the same broker as the selling agent. One would think this would create a smooth transaction. Understanding that short sales are far from short all parties agreed that we could rent the home until closing. With 5 days left until our move my agent tells me that the selling agent and home owners had failed to properly evict the current tenants. Needless to say myself, my fiancé, and soon to step daughter are left with no answers. Due to poor agents and a broker with out the ability to manage them I've been left out to dry. I can't speak for all of century 21 but as far as the broker and selling agent I was forced to deal with. I can only assume that century 21 as a whole exercises poor judgement with who they employ/sponsor. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this broker
