They told me it would be within two more weeks and they would give me a date for the job. I never heard from them. I called back three times and left messages and they never return my call. Even when I said I would need to move on to a different landscaper, they never called me back. Probably overworked or understaffed, but didn't have the common courtesy to return my call. Very disappointing. These people do not know how to run a business or have any concept of customer service. Now I am in midsummer needing to find another landscaper because of their lack of diligence or care.
