Quick stop for gas, located towards University of the Pacific which was where I was heading. I like that they have a car wash. Vacuum use was $2 for 5 minutes (accepts quarters only). Three different wash selections, the cheapest was $8 which is a good just to get my dirty car cleaner looking. Gas is still high but I usually opt. for shell or chevron. This isn't the cleanest or biggest gas station but it's suitable for a quick stop. read more

I recommend on a deep level you hire a new crew starting with your manager. I would suggest getting one that actually cares for their customers and employees. -3 Stars: Tre had horrible service, threw an attitude at us when we told him his signs for his waters was in the wrong place. -3 Stars: Not only did he throw an attitude at us but he never made eye contact or even welcomed us into the gas station. -3 Stars: his reply to us is "no I did not show an attitude and Ok What ever" -9 Star total from me. I had to wait a day to even begin to write out what happened to me yesterday morning. I was extremely irate after Raymond the cashier and his squad "TRIED" to screw me over my $12. So let's begin, I usually do Shell's but yesterday I was w a friend and she tells me to just pull into this 76 Gas station because "Bitch their gas is really good too" anyways, I pulled up to pump 5, walked into the store and seen a odd looking sweaty man, wobbling towards the back side of the counter, once he's positioned behind the register I had handed him a 20 dollar bill and said these exact words, "Twenty on 5 please." I walked out to the car, grabbed a small towel that I usually keep in my trunk because I hate touching gross gas pumps. As I am about to start pumping my gas, I see a young woman with poorly drawn eyebrows walking back to her old Camero that's parked on the other side of pump 5, the other side of my pump, I started to fuel my tank and..........not a drop was insight or could be heard for that matter. "Oh geez" I thought. WTF!! It kept clicking and clicking but the number screen still read 0.00....???? I looked up to the window and I seen Raymond, peering back at me, quickly switching his focus from me to somewhere else once we both had locked eyes. I lean into my car window w a joke to my friend and said " This girl is stealing my gas!!" She pulled in after me, walks in after me, get she is already pumping and I was out there looking like a idiot, clicking and adjusting my fuel gun!! Raymond pops his head out of the door and said, " You gave me a 20 right?!" I told him yes, he nods and go back inside, I placed the fuel nozzle and hose back thinking maybe it would reset, (I'm no fucking gas pump guru but...) yeah it starts, but STOPPED AT 8.00.......Soooo now I'm kinda pissed, I walked back inside and RayRay is like I put it on the wrong pump, that lady is taking your gas!!!! Lmao!!! Stop her! I'm like DUDE WTF!!!! I'm not going to jump in front of her car demanding my $12 back... He looks to me and said can't just give you free gas! ---------- DUDE wtf, that's not free gas, the eyebrow lady gassed her shit up because of your error.... anyways... (I'll speed this story up!) he told his boss, she tries to tell me I said pump 6. As Raymond sweats, I deny her accusations, I tell her I'm in a rush and that I either need my twelve in gas or cash. It's pretty bad when they are a California Lottery retailer, and they will not sell scratchers at 10:15 pm. According to the retailer contract, if their doors are open, scratchers are to be available for sale 24/7, and redeemed between the hours of 6 am and 2 am. read more

I paid $11 for a car wash at the pump. No receipt printed out. I go inside and Raymond says I didn't pay for one cuz the car wash is down again. I said yes I paid for one. He fiddles around and says oh you did. I'll credit your card. He credits my Card $7. I told him I paid $11. He said, no you didn't. I said that's what I selected. He's says I was only charged $7. Tried to open my bank app but it wouldn't load. I get home and check. I was charged $11! This is the second time the place has ripped me off! Last time I also paid for $11 car wash. Not a single drop of soap came out. I go inside and the guy says, you're telling me that but, how do I know? You went through the car wash. I can't refund you once you already go through. The current management has been doing a excellent job of maintaining this business. I know that new car wash system was expensive and very much needed. They do a great job keeping this business clean and functional on every level no matter what it takes. That is not always easy to do in a corporate environment. I usually have felt alright about this place until a recent encounter with an employee named ray. I walked into the store (and yes I was on the phone dealing an issue) and as I was paying ray looks me in the face and tells me I am extremely rude for being on the phone in the store I looked at him as if he were joking because I am pretty sure being on the phone especially dealing with what I was dealing with is none of his business and he again says I am a extremely rude person. This man has no right to tell a paying costumer that they are rude for being on the phone and the last time I checked he doesn't own the store so for ALL you people do not be on the phone entering the store because you will be told you are rude for doing so. Disappointing customer service and station doesn't honor car wash expiration codes. Aside from that, the car wash sucks anyways. Which is why I needed the 2nd one!!! Anyways, the car wash states clearly on receipt that it expires 3 months from purchase but when I bought it, the car wash was not working... Didn't think it was a huge deal since I had a long time to use it. When I attempted to use it again, it said it wasn't good. I went in the store to ask for help and both employees quickly stated "it's only good for a week" with a sh... out of luck attitude. (I could say so much more about the poor customer service but I'll leave it at that) I told them I didn't want my $11 back, I just want a car wash. Then they explained that the car wash was owned by someone else. Well I paid at the pump for my gas and my wash on my 76 card so they had no problem taking the money for the car wash, now did they? If they take the money they need to accept responsibility and stand good for it. Instead they told me the manager would be there during the week from 6am-2pm and I could come back then. Being the commuter that I am, that didn't work for me. I gave them my personal info and asked for them to have the manager contact me. I still have not heard from the manager. Very unprofessional of the manager, the employees are rude and 76 needs to stand good for this and in the future change the expiration codes on the receipt. If it said one week, I would've made it back within the week and took the loss if I hadn't. Luckily, corporate seems to be a little more helpful. Nice and clean place to fill the tank and grab a drink. It's not the cheapest station around the area but gave five stars because of the EXCELLENT employee named Hardy. He brightens the place up with a friendly smile and energetic personality. Top notch employee and should be recognized for it. He's an asset to the company and a must have for the customers. read more
