Very nice, freshly renovated. Seems to be under new management. New employees as well, much better customer experience!

After reading the other reviews I felt I should leave my own review.i am a first time home owner…read moreand propane user. After purchasing my home last year I found out that my propane had dwindled down to nothing. It was DAYS before THANKSGIVING and we had no hot water or heat. I called around not knowing whom I should use. I contact several propane providers and ended up with Campora who had previously been serving this address under the previous owners. Karen(I believe her name was) helped me, she was very understanding of my dire need of service. She had a driver come out asap and service us right away so we would not be without heat, or hot water, or use of our stove. As I had mentioned, i had already contact a couple of the other propane companies who would not and could not service me in an emergency basis. CAMPORA to the rescue!! BTW... I own my own tank. Just a side note. Since then I have had nothing but positive experiences with Campora from the drivers to all 4 girls who have helped me in the office. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. All my encounters have be professional. I will continue to give my buisness to Campora. Thanks Happy Customer. Chris S

Campora says they can't get anyone out for five more days because of the weekend. Don't have a emergency or expect any sympathy or promptness from Campora. If you know what you need and it's a pretty common part you can find it here at about 2/3 the amount of time it would take you to find it and check out in the super sized hardware store. Not to mention someone will be ready to help you in about 2 shakes of a lambs tale. I have some nightmare stories about our local Home Depot but I won't get into that right now... I mean I get it, it's Stockton and people just walk out with stuff but it's like the treat you like you are a potential criminal already...and that's after about 20 minutes of waiting for some poor schmuck that got the holiday weekend and 5 people already called in "sick". In short this place has nearly everything for common jobs and the customer service is top notch. They are local, born and raised in Stockton and you have to respect that. I try to head here first unless it's something that I truly need to step into that madness called H.D. We are lucky to have this place so close to the hood and I will continue to support that as long as I am a Stocktonian! PS: Grab a pie on your way out!

Today, I needed 3 things. I like that you walk in, tell a Worker what you need and You are now feeling like you're getting some sort of royal treatment. I like to feel spoiled Bath tub handles, command hooks and a S hook is what was needed. I told the young man, Jacob, what I needed and why ( he didn't ask why but I like to give tmi) He was beyond helpful. Knew where everything was. I let him know I'm glad I came in and was helped by him Humbly, he said that meant alot to him especially because it's his second week there.

This review is only re: propane gas tank refills…read more We recently purchased an awesome fire pit table and bought 2 propane empty tanks from Costco for about $42/each. ( Initially I thought for $42/each they were full of propane! NOPE! They can only sell empty propane refillable cans at Costco! ) I researched our options - 1) Switch out the brand new empty tanks for full but used tanks at a store for about $28 each or 2) Find a place that refills propane tanks. I chose the latter since the Costco tanks cost $42/each and were brand new! Additionally, it's much cheaper to refill your own tanks with propane gas vs. swapping for used full ones at a store. I called U-Haul and Dion gave me awesome information re: propane gas $4.50/gallon and each tank holds a little over 4 gallons each. I told him I would visit him the next day since they were getting ready to close in 15 minutes and I couldn't drive there in time. The next day Dion helped me and he was friendly, professional and efficient. He educated me re: propane tank date of manufacture location on the top metal rim area. Lasts about 10 years or so and at that point there are 2 options, buy 2 new propane tanks or get them "refinished" on the inside of the tank. I told him I would probably just buy brand new tanks in 10 or 12 years and start fresh again. I highly recommend coming here if you need to get your propane tanks filled. It's much cheaper and also better than swapping out for "Rhino" cheap tanks. Costco usually has fantastic products so I'm keeping both of my new tanks and will continue coming here to refill them economically for 10 years or so! YAY! Dion - Thank You for helping me and for educating me on my 1st propane gas purchase/experience! LOVE our new fire pit table too! Glad we will always have a backup tank and won't ever run out! YAY! :0)

When we went to go red customer service representative was short with us and unhelpful. Asked how long we have and we estimated until 6 PM, and just told us to do after hours check-in on the app. Didn't tell us where to put the key after hours or anything. I had to go ask another employee for that information. We finished up early and got back to the location by 4:55 PM. This location closes at five on a Sunday. As we pulled in and they were helping the truck ahead of us, I go in to take the key and the same guy who checked us in, didn't even make eye contact and just said we're closed. You have to do after hours check-in. Once again, we got there before their stated closing time of 5 PM. And honestly, I wouldn't minded so much if their app actually worked, which it didn't. It would not let us upload photos and complete after hours check-in. We had to call in to their national desk and be put on hold to ensure that they notated when our van was turned in.. absolutely horrible customer service 10 out of 10 do not recommend'
