I needed a same day delivery for a sympathy arrangement to a neighbors house. I looked at 1-800-Flowers website but their same day delivery options were not appealing (and a bit expensive). I stopped by 77 Blossom Shop in Uxbridge and found the perfect plant arrangement. I wanted to add something to it as a keepsake, the shop person recommended a small statue of Mary which was perfect. I ordered Beautiful in Blue for a sympathy gift to a friend. What was delivered was a carnations and daisy bouquet stuffed in a vase with cheap greens. Amazing! I met with Joyce to discuss flowers for my wedding and i remember walking out of there and being SO excited for my flowers. After meeting with Joyce, the flowers became my favorite part of the wedding. I couldn't wait to see them! She was so so so helpful and full of great advice! She also went above and beyond. Everything was gorgeous the day of the wedding. Beautiful. Amazing! I couldn't stop staring at them. I honestly miss looking at them, but my mother in law took them to be preserved. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on the web @Fromyouflowers.com The order was fulfilled by 77 Blossom Shop. When they were delivered it was a quarter of the size bouquet advertised! Since 77 Blossom Shop is not very far I drove up there myself to find out why. There were 4-5 ladies there so I went up to the counter to show them a picture of what I had purchased & what I received. The first woman said to me "what's the problem"? I asked her if she was being serious & her response was "are you being serious"? I'M SORRY, WHAT! I was told I would have to take it up with the website itself. After she walked away I was approached by 2 other women who told me that I should never order online & I should of come to them directly & that these websites falsely advertise & the $75 I paid for the arrangement, they will probably get about $30 for. I told them that this wasn't my problem & if that's the case why are they fulfilling orders from them? One woman said "we stopped taking orders from them" Umm am I a phantom customer? They clearly took the order. I then asked over & over again to all the women who were approaching me at the register at different times....Why are you taking and fulfilling orders from them if A: They are falsely advertising & B: You get paid so little for something that customers will be unhappy with. CRICKETS! No one could answer me. Finally one of the ladies who was semi pleasant took my arrangement & was told they would "fix" it for me. I then asked if the first two woman who approached me were the owners & the answer I received was "I can't answer that". I have NEVER seen anything like this. Never once did any of them say, that's horrible, we are so sorry, we will not be taking orders from them, or just a simple, how can we make this better. The only reason I was "helped" was because I was not taking any of their ridiculous responses as anything productive & as a CUSTOMER I expect a solution. I have just moved to this area & now I know where I will never go or recommend to anyone. Plenty of local florists in the Uxbridge area. Shame on you! read more

Ordered delivery of flowers for Mother's Day. Did the order totally online through Yelp. Had not received a confirmation of delivery by 4pm on the day of delivery. I called to make sure there wasn't a problem. Woman who answered the phone seemed a little annoyed of my inquiry but was able to confirm the flowers were on the delivery van. 30 minutes later I received a call from my mom that the flowers had been received. She was thrilled and posted a photo of the flowers on Facebook. Highly recommend. read more

The shop is beautiful and the staff super friendly and accommodating. I stopped in on my way to a different store to buy some flowers for my Mom. This shop was closer and I had never been in before so I thought I'd give it a try. The owner (Joyce) came out from the back area and greeted me with a giant smile. I told her what I was looking for and she actually suggested a plant instead of a group of flowers. The plant was very pretty and full of purple violets. My Mom loved it. Five stars for outstanding first impressions and a quality "personal touch" that made me feel right at home. I'll be back again for the holiday season! read more

I chose an arrangement under " New born" called blooming sunshine. It was pictured beautiful yellow arrangment of flowers in a clear square vase along with a teddy bear that I was charged $14.99 extra for my daughter-in-law. The arrangement that was delivered was NOTHING like a picture. It was two pink roses and two daisies with bunch of greens in a rectangular ugly vase and NO teddy bear. When I reached out to them it took them several days to refund me for the teddy bear and for the awful arrangement after few emails back and forth complaining I was offered a $5.00 credit!!! This was rideculous and insulting to me. I live in Ca and was going to use them quite often as my son and his wife just moved to Fall River. But NEVER again. Awful service..... this is my first time taking the time to write a Yelp review which shows how disappointed I was. Do NOT order from this place. read more

We chose a smaller wedding being a second marriage for both of us with the reception in a tent in our back yard with just a few months from the time I first walked into 77 Blossom Street. Though I arrived without an appointment - not something I'd recommend but we were pressed for time - Joyce, the owner, tuned in to what I was looking for immediately and provided beautiful, elegant arrangements et al for our wedding & reception. She asked all the right questions to figure out exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions without being pushy. During the planning process I came to learn that many people in the wedding industry think they know more about what you want than you and don't really listen. Joyce isn't like that! From the moment I called to have a consultation (which I wanted that day and was told to come right down) to the moment we left it was perfect. They were so helpful with creating the perfect bouquets, the ceremony designs.... And so much more! I ordered bereavement flowers for a friends through an online service. What was delivered from this shop did not even closely resemble what was ordered. I sent the online company the pictures and they immediately refunded my money. This shop owner then had the audacity to call my friend, who is in mourning, and tell her she was coming to pick up the flowers! She then blamed me for not ordring correctly! Are you kidding me? What a nerve! Not to mention when she deliverd them, she opened the front door without knocking, saying she "thought it was a breezeway". Seriously? This shows some seriously bad judgement and this owner should be ashamed of how this situation was handled! read more
