I called him upon this happening he said he'd be back in 10 minutes and never showed up or called back. They won't answer your call either. This is the scammers phone 347-707-5423. They ask for Zelle payment. Don't take credit card!!! Payments are made out to Randolph Kyte 917-384-0206. If there's any Lawyers out there catch these scammers and crooks!!! Steer clear from this 800 # as well. 866-576-1997. Good luck to all getting your refunds back. I reported them to Zelle. I have to give a star review to complete. They deserve none!!!

Randy (Randolph) Kyte seems very personable, but he is a scammer. He asked for a check down…read morepayment of $140 to get the part. The next day he returned the check, saying that his boss had an issue with checks, and he would need a cash payment after the work was done. (But I found out only later that he deposited the check through his phone app. So, I was charged for that.) He did the work and made the repair (which I see from others was better than others experience with this company), but he mischarged me when processing my credit card payment. The charge was for $340, but he entered it twice as $400. He said both charges would be cancelled "in the office." (But that never happened. The charges both went through, which I found out only much later). He then took the $340 in cash as the payment for the work. So, he scammed me out of a total of $940, which I had to make endless calls to try to resolve, but he still got away with the cash (probably over twice what this repair should have cost) and had deposited check which he deceptively returned to me as if not deposited. After multiple calls the credit card company did refund me the $800, but he will take you for all he can. Beware!!!

However the listing agent Ameila was very difficult to work with. She didn't respond until the following day. Amelia made me feel uncomfortable with condescending remarks to me because I told her I had already submitted my preapproval to Paul - presumably her co-agent. She was also annoyed when I said, I saw the photos online and simply would like to schedule a tour. She kept saying she will see when it's available (meanwhile two open houses where posted quickly there after). In the end, her smugish attitude turned me off and I took my business elsewhere. As a direct buyer, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from an agent at any company. I never got to tour the listing. I also blocked the agent once she realized I knew Paul and she tried to change her attitude. A lot of this was via text and one phone call. All buyers should be treated with respect and given equal opportunity to view a property. This lady puts her firm's license at risk and should be heavily monitored/ re-trained.
