Mostly leaving this review cause I don't even know if these guys are still open. Can't say it was a good or bad experience. It says they're open to 6 PM. It's just before 5 PM. Nobody seems to be here. There's a bunch of trash, kind of around the property and things that look broken. It's hard to tell if it's still in business or not. Yet there are reviews from not that many months ago so I'm confused. Hoping to come back sometime and we'll definitely update the review based on the zip line experience if they are open. read more

Just did a quick stop so we did the view next to the zip line. It was a free thing but the telescopes to use are 50¢. Didn't do the zip line I believe it was closed but looks amazing to do. read more

The kids operating the Zipline could use better costumer service skills. There were a male and female there, the guy was our cashier and operator. He gave no real instructions other than no cell phones. For people who've never been on a "zipline" like this... it's just a backwards ride out... and a quick shoot back. The view is nice but it's not really worth it. read more

This was an amazing experience! I was blown away. There was no line. Tickets are reasonable and the view is breathtaking! Great for picnicking or enjoying the day. The staff were amazing as well. I highly recommend this hidden gem. read more

currently 0/10 went to the website to reserve a time from the available times. Made my selection and showed up slightly early to see the gates all closed and the building locked up. Have tried calling several times but goes straight to voicemail. Are they closed??? I do not need to pay for an experience I never had! read more

The ride is ok I guess if you have $25 to blow for a minute ride. We took 4 g-kids and only one was disappointed in the ride. At the top of the ride, I slipped a bit in the seat which will wake you up since the seat uses seat belts and not a harness. All in all the ride is fun but is only seconds long. I'll echo some of the other reviews about the staff. The man running the ride on 7-24-22 was friendly enough and did a good job getting folks through the long line as fast as he could but the bearded guy inside the store was a straight running..... My wife asked a very simple question and not once did he look up from his phone and just said "it's all outside". He clearly didn't want to be bothered by customers. I'd have to suggest saving your money and find something else to do. read more

Very accomodating people. Im not gonna lie i expected a smooth ride above the fall and the trees but was surprised by a quick ride downhill that scared the bejeezus out of me because I hate heights and rollercoasters so just a headsup for people who think this is a calming zipline ride above the mountains it was cool tho read more

After buying online. We arrived and they appeared closed for years... not a nice building. Trash on the fence line.

HORRIBLE! Owner/Proprietor was a "No Call No Show". I scheduled this for my birthday celebration which was paid for in advance and included out-of-state family. We drove 1-1/2 hours to get there and waited for over an hour and nobody showed up to open the business. My emails requesting a refund have gone unanswered and the business voicemail is not set-up to receive messages. To add insult to injury, I received both "reminder" notices the day before the event, and a "thank you" notice the following day! The Turner Falls area is a beautiful area which is the only reason in am continuing to give this business even ONE star. As for this business, 777ZIP - I would call it a total FAIL! read more

This was an odd experience to say the least. The Zipline lasts less than a minute and you are only strapped in by a single seat belt. The employees were not rude to us necessarily, but I can understand why some people have written in their reviews that the staff came across as condescending. This was the fastest $25 I've ever spent and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone I know. I think you can really get the same experience from the scenic overlook right next to it(for free too!) read more

Literally both employees were so rude I tried to make small talk to break the silence she ignored me when we bought our tickets all she said was 25 then we walked out to ride the thing nobody was there so we had to almost go back inside it was my first time riding and the dude was super rude putting me in no enthusiasm or excitement at all for him they both seemed like they hated their job DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!! The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. This was my first and last time ever going there. When I walked in to purchase the tickets the woman at the register was on her phone and let me stand there until I said something to her. After that she simply took my card and gave me the tickets without saying anything or giving me any direction. The man who was operating the Zipline was rude and unprofessional. The ride itself was fine, for the entire minute it lasted, for $25 I suggest you save your time and money and go elsewhere. If I could give this business a lesser rating I would. I'm terrified of heights but recommended it to everyone we spoke to there. My husband and I loved it so much we were going to go again but the man who was there that day was so incredibly rude we decided against it. The experience itself was absolutely amazing and the price was shockingly low for how beautiful the scenery was. You go from one side to the other and back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of how short and rude the man was. read more
