There are about 20-30 people participating in the jiu jitsu class, ranging in all ages and levels from what I can tell. Coach (Noro) runs the Muay Thai classes on Monday and a Tuesday nights. He is an amazing coach, very technical, knowledgeable and runs his classes really well. The class does include all levels and abilities. I was partnered up with an experienced fighter and a group next to us were beginners. The best part about the class in my opinion is the hands on partner work. We are constantly in groups and working on everything just like a real Muay Thai fight. You learn very fast in this format in my opinion. The gym is clean and solid size. Bathrooms are clean too. Highly recommended.
