Even returning to a red sunset and stopping off anywhere for a stroll along the coast(especially between Dun Laoghaire and Booterstown). Keep an eye out for the odd bit of poetry printed around the inside walls of your carriage, and more recently, the occasional massive billboard with prints from Rasher. The DART supports art, apparently. Don't forget though, no matter how much more comfortable it is, ní do chosa suíochán!

And all this before delivering you to work late and with a story nobody ever seems to believe. Though the service is improving I have been sat here for over half an hour before.

The downside is that you cannot get change and I don't understand why - the number of times I have not got the right money and I am sure the driver would not appreciate writing a credit for 30c! The buses are mostly clean and you do meet the nicest people who are happy to chat - ok I am happy to listen to them chatting - apart from the one lady who gave me a lecture for being a smoker. He knows the job and gets in all done - he's also pretty good at keeping you in the loop about where your VIPs are at and if there are any delays. People who know about cars seem to be impressed with the ones he uses... I know nothing about cars but they look pretty swanky to me - unfortunately I've never been important enough myself to be in one!

My only wish is that there would be better markings as to where the stops are located and how to get to the stop's main attraction after you get off. For the Dundrum Shopping Center, for example, I had to follow the crowds and guesstimate as to where the mall was located, since it wasn't apparent from the signs near the Luas. Also, it is closer to get off at the Balally stop than the Dundrum stop so would have been nice to know that as well.

I bought 6 tickets, but when it came to checking in online it wouldn't let me check in my grandson, because it kept saying that a minor couldn't fly by himself. . .there were four adults on the same ticket, but their inadequate system didn't recognize that. I tried different devices, I tried the app and web, I tried calling, I tried sending a message - all to no avail. But I thought no prob, we'll clear it up at the airport. Nope. They charged me an additional $414 (which nearly doubled the costs of the original tickets). At the airport, I showed proof of the calls, and showed that I tried to contact them via the internet. Nope. When I got home I continued to try to get ahold of them. Nope. Thank goodness for AMEX. I'm going to submit a complaint with the FAA as well. I have called every number I can find, you cannot get a live person. Obviously this is by design. Not only do I deserve a refund, I deserve an explanation. I bought and paid for the seat (six seats) what is the difference when, where and how I check in? What would happen if we didn't show at all. . .do you have one of those "policies" that your BOT keeps sending me about "no shows"? This check-in process makes no sense, it is just a not-so-clever way of gouging customers. It is not only what you do, but how you do it. . .and your customer service is just appalling (but you know that). I will walk to my destination before I will ever fly you again. I call them and they say they are still trying to get me a taxi! I stand on the road and get one instantly. This is the 3rd time I've had to cancel a taxi with them even with day's notice because they have made me late and I catch a taxi from the street. The first time I had problems with them, I got a message saying the taxi had been dispatched, 15mins late I call them asking where my taxi is....they were still trying to find one for me!!! Learn to keep your customers updated. There are simply no excuses. I can honestly say now, I'll be using other companies. This one has had its chances

As this was a return I would at least have expected the driver to arrange a pickup location prior to letting them out. He didn't do that, nor did he give them a card to call him on, the number he did give was a full message box as nobody answered the phone. My parents had to walk half way back to their hotel before getting a taxi at half the price. I will never use their services again .
