Here's what happened to me: I scheduled appointments for my car, but because of availability conflicts on either end, had to contact personnel several times to reschedule. I finally got my car in and the work was completed and paid for all in the same day. That very night, I received aggressive and accusatory texts from the business owner's wife, in which she defamed my moral character and aptitude. The owner, (her husband), was the only contact information provided online. Consequently, he was also the only person I was in contact with for scheduling my car. (Which seems to be the root cause of her unsolicited aggressive and wild behavior.) Mind you, I had never met him or his wife and had never even heard of his place of business until now. In these texts, this lady degraded and accused me of "flirting" and basically wanting an affair with her husband. She text me throughout the night, (several times, long after my family and I had already gone to bed), completely disturbing my home. I responded to her several texts the following morning, letting her know I had no reason to hide or shy away because of her insecurities. She continued to pursue conflict with me as she then posted me on a LOCAL public online forum with her false accusations of "flirting" with her husband, (as they are based on opinion and not fact). She "banned" me from their shop and treated me with such disrespect and disregard, even after I let her know she was incorrect in her feelings about me and how violated she was making me feel. For the owner's wife to obtain my personal and private information to contact me, NOT regarding business, but regarding school-girl insecurities, and then to proceed to post me online as if I were some sort of criminal, was just trivial. To my detriment, she stood her ground and continued to bash me and my moral character online..all while not ever having met me even once. She went as far as saying she views her business cameras' footage and had seen me. (Creepy!) She spoke ill on my looks and how I was dressed the one and only day I took my car in to their shop, all while expressing how much she felt her husband would never dare "be" with me. Ridiculous and unprofessional, to say the least. So, unless you want to deal with unwarranted harassment, attacks, and threats for nothing too much more than basically just being female, then, stay away from this shop. It's absolutely NOT worth the headaches and abuse.
