That reliability makes a huge difference for us. Pick up was for August 27,2026. A driver did come but immediately found that the vehicle he had wasn't the right one to pick up a Roll off. He apologized and left. I called the company and was told that there were no drivers to pick up on this particular day, and one would be sent out the next day (mid day) August 28, 2026. So we wait no call from WOA after 1:00 p.m. I call WAO and ask again when is the pick up, because we have a flight out the next morning at 8 a.m., at this point I'm put on hold for a good 15 minutes and another gentleman comes on apologizes and says the driver who was supposed to do the midday pick up left the job, went home sick told no one. He then asked if there would be access to the property, I say NO, the gates on our property will be locked and cameras will be on. By now he doesn't know what to say or how to resolve this issue, he went as far as asking if the BIN could stay on our property until we come back on island in 2-3 weeks (SERIOUSLY) so again I'm put on hold for another 20 minutes, he comes back on line and asked if he could call back while he tries to talk to management to find a resolve. After awhile he calls back and says that a manager with his appropriate license will make the trek out here and pick up the BIN between 5-6 p.m. (Refer to my pictures) because yes at 7:30 p.m. BINS were still on our property, I call and leave a msg. WE awake at 4 a.m. August 29, 2026 and BIN still here. So we reschedule to a later flight to try and resolve this. I call WAO at 8 a.m. I get Joe again, ask him what happen because now we rescheduled our flights to get this BIN out and not have it on PROPERTY. He apologized says he doesn't know what happened after he left work yesterday for the day, well that doesn't help me! I ask him if we're to keep it on property we should be reimbursed for storage Yes because now we're storing your property, he says it's above his pay grade and no managers are on sight as the wife of the owner passed away and her funeral was being held today, he was the only one on sight because the field (drivers) are on but there was no drivers available for this 30 yy roll off. I give him my condolences on their loss but still make it known that this matter needs to be dealt with. He tells me he will send out a MASS email, what that's supposed to do I don't know. Now I'm supposed to wait for a call back or email, all the while we're still leaving island with this Frickin BIN still on property. You tell me BAD BUSINESS OR BAD BUSINESS.
