Usually my go-to is an oat latte, but I asked what their most popular/specialty lattes were and the staff recommended their Cinnamon Bun Latte. I asked if I could sub the milk to oat milk, and they informed me that their base has cream in it and asked if that was ok still - which I said was fine. Didn't realize that the drink was iced until it was ready (would have preferred it hot), but it was actually so delicious! Not super sweet, no overwhelming cinnamon flavour. Lots of seating inside with natural lighting and plants. If I had time to dine-in, I would have enjoyed it!

Doughnuts are wholly (and holy) perfect. The scones are just right (I never thought a scone was worth perusing before), the squares, oh the squares (are hip as f&$@). (Very) limited seating, the place is light and airy though with a focus on the (incredible) food and coffee. They would NOT sell me 3 raisin (which they purchase and resell) and 1 Plain (which they bake)? Furthermore, they would not even sell me 1 Butter tart singlely? Very, very disappointed! So what did I do? I went to Walmart and bought 9 GRANDMOTHER BAKE SHOPPE tarts for $6. I honestly don't know any other bakery who bakes "plain Butter tarts" in house and you cannot purchase ONE BUTTER TART! I will reiterate - I am very very disappointed. Unlike all the other bubble tea shops I've been to the price includes 1 topping (ie. pearls or jelly); you can add another topping for $1, and there is only one size, which is about a medium compared to most chains - very reasonable pricing. They also sell various take-home tea leaves, paninis, pot pies, and breakfast items like bagels. Only 1 table for seating due to COVID. As an added plus, the owners are very nice.

I had a double cappuccino because one of the reviews stayed that they use a lot of milk , the drink was perfect. Not too hot coffee or milk not burned, nothing bitter at all. It's a small place with a ton of roasted coffee, there is a huge list in chalk written on the wall. There are coffee beans in big bags everywhere and a tea menu, also in chalk on the other side of the room. The baristas know the locals by name and joke around with them , makes it feel homey and local. They have cookies that are LARGE and a few lunch items, I didn't try them but am taking a cookie with me. Glad I found this place , I will remember it for the next time around
