It's a small place with a ton of roasted coffee, there is a huge list in chalk written on the wall. There are coffee beans in big bags everywhere and a tea menu, also in chalk on the other side of the room. The baristas know the locals by name and joke around with them , makes it feel homey and local. One night I waited about 15 minutes just to be served. What they need to do is have a small express Tim's in the bus depot during the peak hours. Simply serve up coffee and donuts. And during the proper seasons, hot chocolate or ice caps since a majority of the people that do come here are between buses, or bus drivers from the transit depot which is right next door.
