Unlike all the other bubble tea shops I've been to the price includes 1 topping (ie. pearls or jelly); you can add another topping for $1, and there is only one size, which is about a medium compared to most chains - very reasonable pricing. They also sell various take-home tea leaves, paninis, pot pies, and breakfast items like bagels. Only 1 table for seating due to COVID. As an added plus, the owners are very nice.
