Inside is not much better. Everything is very outdated, my friend showed me the gross drafty and very moldy windows, the apartment smelled very musty, you can hear the neighbors who live near you, paper thin walls. I'd never live there. I have seen other subsidized apartments that are much better and taken care of. It's a shame because Peterborough is always such a nice town to visit. Avoid this place!

He doesn't return phone calls or emails. Some of the neighbors are polite and quiet and others are loud, messy, and disrespectful of common shared areas. Parking can be a total nightmare, especially when the rude neighbors decide to take over. We were promised one indoor spot and one outdoor and have often come home to not have any outdoor parking available. But don't bother asking for lines and assigned spots, or some other solution because as I mentioned, the landlord is not helpful and more often than not (if you get a hold of him) rude. I would never, ever recommend anyone to live here. Run away, as fast as you can, is the best advice if you are thinking about renting here. And run even faster if you are considering buying one!!!

I need some stain and rollers today. Decided I'd give my business to a local company. Thought I…read morewould get good advice on what stain to use and rollers I would need. Didn't get any of that. The skinny older guy with glasses and beard was totally unhelpful. First I waited at the paint counter and he walked by 3 times and didn't say a thing to me. I finally stopped him and said I need help choosing a stain. Every time I asked a question he said "I guess, if you want to". The I ask about waiting to stain between coats. He said, "read the back of the can" and walked away. I ended up with another customer helping me pick which stain and roller to use. He did mix the stain but started having a conversation with someone else. I waited awhile after the shaking machine stopped before interrupting his conversation. This is why so many people will go to big box locations. I won't be going back.
