I currently live here and every time you have a problem with the building if it already didn't come with bedbugs and roaches, or the maintenance man doing NOTHING, your going to have a problem dealing with the property management, they'll hound you over some rent but let there be mold in your house and they are going to act like you don't know the difference between mildew and mold. They don't value anything if it's not money, money money. I pray for anyone who moves into these buildings. the neighbors are great but some aren't. there is crackheads that stole my dog around here, stole the neighbors electric scooter & they still have no cameras. I suggest finding another spot. They also treat people on government assistance better than actual rent payers so if you got government help this place is for you. good luck!

    Before Covid, Peloquin seemed like a half-decent landlord. Fairly hands-off, mostly older/cheaper…read moreunits. Pay your rent on time and don't mess around and you're good. Then, in June/July of 2020--you remember, the huge health and economic catastrophe that left people struggling--they jacked up rents on ALL of their properties by $200 a month, a 15-20% increase relative to the starting rent for most of their units. Mind you, these are units people choose because they're cheap. Old units with poor insulation, bad windows, and fixtures from the 1970s. Lots of fixed incomes, elderly folks, and disabled people living in these units, and Peloquin knows it. After the big jump in 2020 they've raised rents again and again and again. My current rent is almost 30% higher than it was when I moved in. Absolutely shameless. The city of Manchester is overflowing with homeless people and folks living in their cars, and Peloquin and Brady Sullivan are at the heart of it all. They're intentionally driving Manchester residents out of their homes to make themselves rich. It's like they don't care at all. I'd say to avoid Peloquin, and I stand by that, but really, avoid Manchester as long it's still under the thrall of these real-estate vampires sucking the life out of everyone.

What ever you're reading on here providing praise is falsehood . Honestly. Been going back and forth with Junior and whomever it is that SOMETIMES answers the phone for about a month if not longer now. No call backs, apartments they guarantee no one is interested in end up being rented out without notifying you. You'll find yourself calling in, or worse going into their office in person (as my husband and I have done) to waste your time. DO NOT PAY THE APPLICATION FEE , it is a WASTE of money. I've never encountered such disagreeable service . I chose to forgo the horrible reviews , and try them anyway, they'll tell you they're working on a lot of aspects to improve service. Don't listen, it's the old wool over the eyes. In order for this company to succeed, they'll have to fire and rehire every individual "working" for this company. You guys need a good secretary , a couple PROFESSIONAL individuals to show the apartments, in APPROPRIATE ATTIRE , and a complete overhaul of your online system. Good luck.

I've had a carpet beetle infestation for six months now. They're just getting to it. A bird's nest leaked over my daughter's bed for the ceiling and parts of the ceiling fell down. They are very rude about it. They are not helpful.. and now I'm getting complete lies out of the Manager that I can't find on their website anywhere. The people that work here could improve and be kind. we have to live here they don't. They're telling me that carpet beetles are from me. Anybody look that up and tell me it doesn't come from a birds nest or any type of nest. Nobody gets an infestation of those unless they're pouring in through the wall or ceiling. And never even heard of them. Now they're telling me they've been trying to work with me and I'm refusing after I have the Board Of Health involved and H.U.D. My disabled daughter doctor, a case manger and my daughter's health insurance has their own lawyer. They don't want her living in this because all of it poured onto her brand new bed and I can't afford a new one. All my furniture is just brand new when I moved in here. I left everything behind except clothes. If I did it, I'd own it but this place is just rude rude rude. Don't do it. They are accusing me of lying when the exterminator came. They're saying I told him to go away, which is a lie.

I'm a real estate associate broker and have been on the Board of Directors at OB since 2012. We have had at least four other property management companies since 2005. New Star will be our last, God willing. Tim, the owner gave us one on one himself until he hired our new Property Manager, Sted Holton. Sted was on property every single day for months until he was satisfied we were on a good path. We were so lucky to have someone that cares, is responsive and knowledgeable. I have sold units in most of Concord's complexes over the years so I can compare. No company is as efficient as NS. Our financials as well as our property and our property values are in the best shape ever thanks to New Star.

    My family has been living in one of the properties they have since 2009. We have voiced concerns to…read moreour landlord about our bathroom growing continuous mold and mildew. He brought it up to Newstar since it has something to do with their property which is beyond landlords control. The bathroom exhaust fan showed it was never connected outside, jerry rig "fixed it". Mold is worse now. Had a plumber come in to fix something else, he took a look and saw that the dryer vent exhaust hose had a burst and it is supposed to vent outside with our bathroom exhaust fan. So now no fan and continuous exhaust into our bathroom with none stop mold growing on our ceiling, mirrors, doors. Talk about a health hazard lawsuit in the making, hope you are saving up for that one!!

    Shane is an absolute Godsend…read more I came on my building's board of trustees to an absolute mess in 2018. We had a property management firm with a name that rhymes with "Parvest" that frankly did nothing but take condo fees - they didn't actually manage anything. We had bad relationships with our vendors, nothing ever got fixed, and everyone in the building was at best confused, at worst outright suspicious about the property management firm and the Board. I knew right away I'd found the right manager when I met Shane in late 2020. He's straight to the point, direct, and fast to respond (first time I called him was over Thanksgiving weekend - he called me back within 30 seconds). When he started in March 2021, he went to work right away. First thing he learned: our building was insolvent due to Parvest's poor management. In plain English, this means we would have been uninsurable and the banks issuing everyone's mortgages would have demanded repayment in full. NOT GOOD. But Shane saved our asses, creating a plan to raise the necessary money - and preparing for what could have been a difficult meeting, which he handled like a champ. He was able to calmly, plainly communicate why condo fees would have to increase. As a board member, I feel he presented this bad news in a mature, understandable way. Additionally, Shane forwent payment for months, until we had enough funds. The man went above and beyond. In my time on the board, I saw Shane handle everything from contractors with dishonest contracts to people with difficult personalities, all with unflappable grace. He can easily dissect condo docs and contracts and has an impeccable grasp on condo law - and can smell a bullshitter a mile away. Random fact: Shane worked on Wall Street before going into property management, and it shows. A year later, we're solvent, we have a reserve, we're paying our bills. We're amending our condo docs to modernize them (they hadn't been updated since 1986) and can start taking on projects and hiring better services. There's still a lot of work to be done, but things are going in the right direction. All in all, I have nothing but good to say about this business. Shane saved our association (and each of our investments) from ruin multiple times over. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially if you're sick of bad management companies that do nothing (doubly so if they rhyme with "Parvest"). 10/10, would hire Dynamic again!
