The legal team was very responsive to all my questions, answering within minutes of my sending them a question, no matter how small. In addition to helping me get this all this resolved, they went so far as to send me a little care package to help ease my recovery (backpack with a blanket, some pain relievers and other assortments!). Hired this agency in September 2022 and by July 2023 no progress has been made. Took them 6 months to get my records but when I called my insurance they had to attempts from this agency. I got tired of contacting them for updates and When I finally removed them from my case I get a email the next day with forest gump saying if I need help to reach out! What a joke. I had gotten a bogus charge from T-Mobile after we changed cellphone service to AT&T. A Collection agency started sending us letters and calling us. I found Mike's firm on the internet and gave them a Call. They immediately took my information and started working on my case. They sent a letter to collection company and told then to stop. Eventually they got the matter cleared up for me. About 8 months later they called to tell me they had gotten a settlement from the collection agency and collected their fee and a $500 settlement for me. So I called these people to sue the collections agency that has been harassing me for a forced hospital visit, I didn't want. They never sent me my money and then tell me they can't continue the lawsuit after a whole YEAR because I told the collectors to on a different website than what I told them when I started the lawsuit to stop harassing me. This law firm keeps harassing me. I receive calls from them every two days. This is not a good way to market yourself to potential clients. *HINT: you can negotiate your debt to lower amounts with debt collector companies directly for way cheaper than hiring an attorney. This is advice has been used by myself and given from an attorney. You do not need a law degree to negotiated with debt collectors. All it is a money scam. Why else would they call so many times??* UPDATE: It has been not even 24 hours since I posted this review. After writing this review, not only have I received multiple messages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and through email from this firms owner, my family members have also reviewed messages on all of same social media telling me take to take a review down and threatening to sue me.
