Whew.... Took me way too long to get to this point of actually writing a much deserved review on Yelp! Let's get to it! I hired Strom & Associates to help me with not only a workman's comp. claim for carpal tunnel but also to review my termination from my last company. Basically I emailed my Severence contract to them, Neal scribbled some good stuff and then we began working on the real stuff. Oh and no charge for the Severence contract!!! I have to say that Neal is an outstanding lawyer. He will work with you for as long as you need his help provided you continue to do your part and stay in contact with him. You must also play a part in your case. Over ten years I worked with three different legal assistants and although there were times I was frustrated, Neal was always on my side. He will return calls personally and ensure that you get the best possible settlement in the end. Just a word of advice a settlement means both sides gives and takes. You aren't going to get everything you think you are entitled to but that's why they call it a settlement. The waiting is awful but mandatory in the court systems. Hang in there and don't give up and Neal will do the right thing for you in the end. Just remember a contract that you sign is not completed until all the lawyers signatures are on it and the commission approves it. Sometimes you will end up signing another one that is lower than the amount you thought you were going to be awarded in the end.
