I am leaving this review only because this company uses software that obtains your information…read morethrough it's ads apparently. I just received a phone from them stating that they "Received my information" and wanted to talk about me about joining. When I asked how they "received my information" they informed me I must have clicked an ad or social media post. I do not recall doing so, but its possible I clicked something. Regardless, clicking an ad should should not result in a phone call. I find this to be predatory marketing behavior. It immediately makes me not trust this business. I will say the person I spoke to was very nice and said they call people all the time who do not recall clicking an ad. They understood I was not interested and polite about it. Ultimately this person is just doing their job. Given that we live in a world where data is stolen, sold and people get inundated with spam calls I think its bad practice to use this type of marketing for a "local" business. It feels predatory and out of touch.

I can't count how many times I've had to leave without going to complete my workout simply because there was absolutely nowhere to park. you spend the entire day waiting on your workout time and get there and find that it's full of people that aren't even on the schedule that just decided to join Friends or whatever it can be incredibly frustrating. Today is one of those days where I absolutely could not find anywhere to park after waiting all day to go do my workout after work once again drove Home incomplete for the price I pay. They should have a lot more parking than they do. So disappointed!!

It reminded me other circuit, boot camp classes I've worked out with, but it had some subtle differences. I noticed a strong focus on building upper body strength which is something I'm seriously lacking in. Brandon was a great trainer, he made sure I had a complete understanding of the exercise and made sure my form was correct. He also encouraged each of us by name throughout the final portion of the class. I definitely recommend this gym if you're looking for a good personal workout in a group setting.

As a self conscious overweight male, the prospect of starting something like crossfit was daunting…read more I had never worked out on anything other than a treadmill or elliptical and I had two real concerns: Could I handle the workout? Would I feel judged if I couldn't handle the workout? From the very first class I learned that everyone there is at different fitness levels. I couldn't handle the workout as prescribed, but the coaches at Artisan work with you at your level and give you scaled (modified) motions so you can work up to more advanced techniques. I could handle that workout. What truly sold me on Artisan however was how comfortable I felt working out there. I have never felt like I didn't belong, that I was embarrassing myself, or that I was being judged. The coaches, to their credit, have a real knack for emboldening thier members with a positive attitude, and that alone is worth the price of admission. Add to that the care coaches take to adjust your form on a personal level, and a culture of family. Simply put, if I move away from Dothan, I'm going to have my work cut out for me replacing Artisan.

In a town devoted more to pies, fried…read morechicken, and sitting for hours in a deer stand not moving, Tifton has a crossfit box!!!! i'm only here for a week, so i stopped in for my workout. it was an "easy" 18 min AMRAP...meaning i was soaked in sweat and feeling great. it's smaller than my home gym, but it packs no less energy. all the equipment is legit crossfit gear. the instructor is a certified crossfit instructor. April (the owner) is full of energy and super helpful. if you live in the area, i highly recommend joining this box. crossfit is for everyone and is much more fun than spending an hour on the treadmill! if you are passing through town, great for a drop in class. either way, you won't be disappointed in Tifton's newest and hopefully lasting fitness center.
