Premier is true to its name. Another plus, everything is CLEAN. I used to be a member of another gym that was rarely cleaned and their machines were subpar. Their locker/shower areas are decorated with modern tiles, and televisions look back at you behind the mirrors over the sinks. There are saunas and steam rooms as well. Like many gyms, you get a few complimentary training sessions a year. Vale restaurant has a small section when you walk in as well. I am quite pleased I joined Premier.

The initial $1 came right out of my account so I thought "great, it works" - WRONG. I got a text alert today (five days later, haven't even had the opportunity to use the gym because I JUST signed up) and the text alert was from a debt collection by the name of ABC fitness. I literally gave them my bank account and card info and never got anything back, I hadn't even received my gym pass yet. I now have to go into the gym tomorrow to figure out how they managed to achieve sending a customer to debt collection days after paying, like wtf?

Sadly, this always caused an issue because he "looks different" than me, and people have questioned whether he was my trainer. He is not my trainer! He is someone who cares & wanted to push me & encourage me on my journey. We had to prove once before that he was my coworker by bringing in our work badges because they didn't believe me & canceled his account & band him from the gym. After explaining our situation & proving what we were doing, they reinstated his membership & all was well. Now, here we are again with a different regional manager, and a different club manager, questioning the same exact thing again. I tried to explain, but there was no listening. Now, due to the disrespect I've officially canceled my membership, and I will be letting my family and friends know to do the same. This gym could be so much better, but due to ignorance & assumptions, they lost a member. This kind of management behavior is unacceptable. So disappointed.

The gym itself was ok, but I found it to be dirty every single time I visited, and the employees I encountered were not friendly, besides Mel. Clearly, a timely response to paying customers by management is an issue judging by all these reviews....... ***I'm now being hounded to pay a $25 fee from last April, or the bill will be sent to collections. The manager Josh was extremely rude and not helpful. Avoid this place at all costs, you seem to get treated like trash if you don't fit their mold. Why am I being hounded for a fee that you've waived for other members? I was told to give my card information over the phone so they can charge me, and got nothing but sass and attitude from the manager. Extremely poor customer service seems to be the go to here.

Instead it was a manipulative and totally hard-sell session to sign up for personal training..with him. After he zoomed in for the kill with prices, his whole demeanor changed when I declined. It is certainly a loss for members of Kinetix and those of us who love Body Combat as I do. I have never had a better workout than with these two incredible ladies. I watched this gym treat a high-energy, Zumba instructor who packed classes the same way a few years ago. (Premier lucked out and picked him up and several members in the process.) Talented instructors who connect with students help retain members and increase club loyalty. Sadly Kinetix hasn't figured that out. I wonder how many more of their members they will drive away before they figure it out.
