Pioneer came out and agreed it was not cooling properly. The did a test and confirmed it has a leaking coil...under warranty! Here was the SHOCKER! THE AC UNIT HAS BEEN OPERATING FOR LESS THAN A YEAR! Pioneer wants to charge me $450 for the test that determined it was the coil that was defective AND $2,500 for labor to replace a defective warrantied part! Two years ago I paid $9,500 for this unit and Now they want $3,000 more to make it right! They said "It's just bad luck".
