That delay ended up pushing me past my out-time, and I was forced to pay another $49.40 on top of my prepaid reservation--basically double-paying for the same two hours. I reached out to Center Park twice with proof (once by phone the same day, once by email), but never received any response. That lack of accountability is disappointing, especially since I own a business right across the street and had planned to use this garage regularly. The reality is, there are two other garages on the same block that cost only a few dollars more, and they don't put customers through this kind of hassle. Unfortunately, I won't be returning here, and I'll be advising others in the neighborhood to look elsewhere.
