I didn't know what do as I don't have AAA and was already running late to the event. They checked my car and I had a spare. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected. I had came back out about an hour later to check and they had indeed changed my tire! I very rarely use valet but wanted to leave this review because it was one of the nicest, above and beyond things a company has ever done for me. Thank you again Prime!

Brian was very unprofessional and would tell me if I scratched a car to keep my mouth shut until the customer notices the mistake because once they drive out the lot they are not held responsible for any damages.
