I didn't know what do as I don't have AAA and was already running late to the event. They checked my car and I had a spare. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected. I had came back out about an hour later to check and they had indeed changed my tire! Being a recently new car owner I am very cautious when it comes to those attending my car with valet service, fortunately, with Classic Valet there were absolutely no worries to be had! They were kind enough to open my door when I arrived at the venue and they were very careful pulling away and parking the car! I took note of this because there have my instances where some other valet company attendants drive off aggressively with my car... The car was in their ccc and such they are responsible. The car had to be reprogrammed which cost over $1000 for the key. To anyone who is thinking about utilizing the services of this company, RUN the other way. If they damage your car, they will not pay.
