I didn't know what do as I don't have AAA and was already running late to the event. They checked my car and I had a spare. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected. I had came back out about an hour later to check and they had indeed changed my tire! I very rarely use valet but wanted to leave this review because it was one of the nicest, above and beyond things a company has ever done for me. Thank you again Prime!

Due to the location of the wedding, attendees parked at a separate location and were shuttled to the wedding. The shuttle service that APC provided was seamless and every single attendant was so helpful and pleasant. The shuttles were extremely comfortable and it was so simple to get to and from the wedding. Maybe he/she mistakenly reviewed the wrong building? In the 20+ years I've lived here full-time, there has never been an employee that meets the description in Steph's review. The staff is, and always has been, terrific. It is a lovely building, and they do take care of us very well (in spite of the fact that many of us are absolutely not retired!). There has been an enormous amount of construction on this "superblock" over the last 5-6 years, including 2 luxury rental high-rises (both occupied, but still some tweaking going on, including a glorious new private garden on the corner); a new law school building and dorm for Fordham; and the new water tunnel going down the west side. I won't lie, it's been a big pain. But we're nearing the very end of it, and things are looking great. The prices keep going up, which says something. It's a great place to live.

I considered Craigslist but was afraid of who I might get in our home so instead called Model Bartenders and they asked me all the right questions to make me feel at ease. Marc was attentive, through and quick and made me feel like he cared about our event and making it successful. I thought since they were models they might be above pitching in to help (replenishing ice at the bar, clearing dishes, cleaning up) but was so wrong - these guys were GREAT and went above and beyond my expectations. Didn't hurt that they were very easy on the eye!! The fun part was picking the two models for the party - they have a great roster of really attractive folks. Aside from that I didn't know what to expect but they were there on time and dressed professionally and worked so hard all evening. One of the guys was Tommy was AMAZING!
