Loved this spot! I had the jerk chicken and tried a bite of my cousin's curry chicken - both were very tasty. The jerk was deeply flavorful with a good level of spice. Everything else on the plate was delicious as well, and the older gentleman manning the place was so sweet. Definitely recommend for some flavorful and authentic Jamaican food. read more

Food was delicious !!! Jerk chicken was flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. The rice and vegetables tasted great. The ONLY thing that could have been different in my opinion would be to put the vegetables on the side. My rice ended up being a little too wet for my liking because the vegetables were too wet. I also bought a mild beef patty and it was delicious!! Service was great. Robin was very kind. I will definitely be coming back !!! read more

Dissapointed... Ive come across this place a few times walking in the mall and decided to give it a try. At first glance theres a couple people in line but saw some people leaving because of the slow service. Only 2 people work at this location mom and pop. I decided to buy jerk chicken medium size platter and my gf got oxtail small size platter. My jerk chicken platter seemed good at first but as i started taking a few bites of the chicken, the chicken seemed undercooked and it was still bleeding a bit. The rice was very mushy like it wasnt done cooking. The vegetables were okay. My girlfriend stated that her oxtail was cold, she only got 4 pieces of oxtail, it wasnt flavorful like the other jamaican places weve had before and her rice was mushy as well. Overall i feel like this place needs for 1 more employees. 2. The food needs to be cooked properlu as uncooked chicken can cause someone to get very sick. 3. The portions, id say the portions for the price are not very reasonable. Will not be coming to this restaurant again. Very dissapointed. read more

First off if you didnt know its in the Treasure Coast Mall food court, thats one thing to know. I got a coupon off restaurant.com and was going up and down the Federal Highway and not finding that number. Then I thought, could it be back there in the mall? Only way to find out since the phone didnt answer was park and get out and go see and yes it was there! I had the chicken curry combo, that incl a piece of orange cake and drink. The combo has the chicken curry with rice, a vegetable mix, seemed mostly cabbage and peas. Also some sweet plantain. Yes it was good but I wasnt blown away by it like the other reviewers. I'd call it average. Maybe thats because I live in a large urban city with so many more choices and maybe my expectations might be at a different level. Or maybe I didnt order the right thing. The lady working there was very nice and pleasant. They also had a guy in back in the kitchen and she took orders and served the food which is mostly premade and in stainless steel pans with lids. read more

I was truly disappointed. As a born and raised Jamaican... this is not a true reflection of our food. The "jerk" is not authentic. Taste like rotisserie with jerk sauce on the side. I haven't ate red meat in 18 years and without my knowledge or consent they put oxtail gravy on my food. Made me sick. I would not recommend and won't return. read more

Yeah..i know its a mall food court joint...normally i wouldnt even check this out , but needed to go on an off night to the mall and cruised by to check it out as i was curious...WOW! Little place with big authentic taste of Jamaica....this tasted and felt as if the chef back there was homeboy cooking for you..bought the curried goat and curried chicken with peas and provisions (veggies) and all was delicious! Red Stripe and Guiness for the adults and Ting and soursop for the kids...they even have akee and saltfish on the weekends! You Jamaican food lovers know what i'm talkin bout! Real and good Jamaican cooking with just the right amount of spice...wasn't even looking for food and my son and i had to crush this food...great mom and pop feel! Check it out..a surprise for this part of Florida which I did not expect. Oh, and very inexpensive and large portions too! great! read more

I wanted something quick while I was In the mall and have been meaning to try this place. I ordered a spicy beef patty with coco bread and a ting. The beef patty wasn't so spicy but was really hot, but the kind lady at the counter did warn me, of course I burned myself lol. (Being a fatty) but the coco bread was really fresh and the beef patty had good flavor though I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be. But I was so happy to find a place that sold Ting down here! I'm from NY and all the Jamaican/West Indian spots would sell it so I'm spoiled with great food from those places in Queens. I'll be going back to try an actual meal when I have time. Service was great and quick, the lady was very attentive and nice! read more

Great people and great food. I lived in Jamaica for a while and learned to love jerk chicken. Whenever I am near the mall I have to get some jerk chicken from this place. I haven't ventured far into the rest of their menu but for authentic jerk style chicken with rice and peas (a bit thin on the peas) there is not better place north of the real Ocho Rios. read more

Just what we needed! Fresh homemade Caribbean food. Excellent quality and flavor. You can't go wrong.

Ok, so it's in the food court, but this is PSL and most food places suck here (Surrounding areas have better food, and technically this is in Jensen, but I digress) and most of what you'll find are large chain restaurants, so I was really surprised how good this was. I have been spoiled when it comes to Jamaican food and this is the best I've found here. The oxtail is great and so is the gravy with butterbeans, love it! read more

I was there at the Treasure Coast mall with my wife on Saturday, April 13th, 2019 and thought I'd try something different so I went to 876 Jerk in the food court. They offered, among more standard items, Curry Goat, so I ordered it. The woman behind the counter seemed surprised but, she walked back the cooking pot on the stove with no lid and turned the burner on. She then filled the serving container with other sides and finally used a ladle to scoop put some goat. I took it with a drink and went to my seat. It was really quite good until the thumb sized portion of meat was all the goat there was, except for all the goat bones including backbones, other unidentifiable bones and several chunks of some sort of cartilaginous rib like material, all of which outweighed the actual meat by a factor of about four to one. When I finished, I took it back to complain and show her all the weird bones. She just shrugged and that was it. Who knows what I was actually eating? I took a picture but there doesn't seem to be a place it on this site. It was quite the mystery and I only hoped I would stay healthy. So far, so good. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The food here is horrible. I do not think these people should be representing Jamaican cuisine. Flavorless and tasteless. Do your taste buds a favor, from a Jamaican, do not eat here! read more
