The pictures online are so accurate! This was a cute villa right on the water. Large, modern kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms, cozy lounge areas. Not a four-star "Hilton", but better! Very homey, nice & comfortable. And the views over the ocean are picture perfect! I rented the villa for my wedding guests and everyone loved it. There was enough spaces where we could socialize, but also we could each have our privacy. I rented the whole downstairs and the larger upstairs apartment facing the ocean. We actually had our rehearsal dinner upstairs for 30 people and it was very, very nice! We originally wanted to get married on the beach, but there wasn't much beach for 50 people. The tide was in most of the time we were there, so keep that in mind if you are planning a wedding there. There is also a sharp coral reef a few feet from the beach, so make sure to wear water shoes! Stayed here with my family back in May of 2014, we were a party of 11 and we rented the entire first floor. The property sat (pre Maria) on a beautiful part of Córcega Beach. This property is very well kept and worth every cent. The street parking is good and the house is in a great location with a full service (alcohol) grocery store in walking distance. Rincon is an incredible town with some of the greatest sunsets you will ever witness. Nice restaurants and accessibility to major highway headed either direction. read more

There is much to say about my trip to this house during the week of 2/15/2019. I booked the house with 9 other women and it was clear that we were 10 adults. Before arriving I kept checking the website for details about what to bring etc but the website went down in January so I packed all essentials and did a major food shop upon arrival. When I did a walk through the house I found that the air conditioners were working on an off, there was no air conditioning in any common areas such as kitchen or living room, there were not enough towels for bathing washing up or for the beach. There were 3 lounge chairs on our deck for 10 people. We had a couple of rolls of toilet paper and 2 extra trash bags so we had to purchase all paper goods etc. I have rented many houses and generally there are some staples like salt, coffee, at least one or 2 dish detergent tabs. One of the bathroom doors did not close, the screen door to deck was not working properly so it slammed and shook the house unless we wedged a towel to keep it open but that wouldn't be safe as on day 1 there were tenants from another unit utilizing our private deck area. A toilet broke, and air conditioner leaked all over a bed. Wouldn't be so terrible except for the fact that we didn't have towels or sheets (never heard of a 5 bedroom house with a futon without a single spare sheet, blanket or pillow. We BEGGED for clean towels and the housekeeper did not want to give them to us but the manager told her to. The housekeeper was really difficult. The bathrooms were not clean at all. There were a couple of teeny bars of soap with black dirt on them (moldy I suppose).We had no housekeeping services aside from the one day that she took out precious towels that were hanging up dry (we would have held on to them had we known we couldn't get more). Not even a change of kitchen trash bag was included. Oh the good parts... great location with amazing view and beach access. We had a roll of paper towels a sponge and some dish soap for ha s washing. The manager was very nice and pretty helpful. Refrigerator worked fairly well. That's about it. Before we left at the end of week we did all dishes, swept all the rooms and took all the trash out. We planned to speak to the owner about getting a price adjustment since the accommodations were below our expectations. Also we spent many thousands of dollars for 5 days. Shockingly we received a bill for extra housekeeping services - requesting 11 hours of laundry services for washing our towels at $110. Not sure what else to say. We made the best of it and enjoyed the location and the view. Just surprised that none of the reviews that we've seen reflected any of these issues. read more
