There is yoga/workout attire for sale that feels high qualify but prepare for a high price tag too! There are a variety of classes for stretch, slow flow, heated and even some light weights for a unique experience. Lastly, the process of cancelling my membership (due to circumstances unrelated to the studio? ) was easy and over in a few minutes. I recommend giving it a shot if you're searching for a new studio or are a beginner.

They have lots of cubbies upfront and a really nice selection of tees, tanks, and water bottles. I can't remember the name of the person checking in (maybe Taylor), but she was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Abby's class was perfectly paced and very relaxing. The blue light was a nice touch, and I'm a fan of the small, intimate studio. There's a nice prop closet with plenty of bolsters, blocks, and straps. I enjoyed my class here and will definitely come back to try another one.

It is a great spot with the nicest and most welcoming people I've ever met at a workout location. Everyone is a mix of ages and levels, so you will never feel left out or behind. My favorite class is the Power Sculpt not only for the workout but Noel is one of the best instructors and people I have ever encountered. She makes class fun and go by fast (in a good way).
